I said, how much do we have in it 7So far,? he said the price of the inspection.I said , go ahead and put the wiper motor on for that price. They hadto order it so I picked the car up. A week laterthe part that they had for it didn't work so they had to go to aV.W part , never telling me that it was going to be more money. They called and said, my car was ready.I said , how much was the bill 1152.00!!! Ten times the amount. I said you should have called me and told me it was going to be more,Adam said" I Assumed it would be o k" No not ten times more!! Are you kidding me? I would have taken it elsewhere to get a 2nd opinion. When I went to pick up the car, I questioned the woman. Why didn't they contact me? she said. "We can take the parts back out and it won't pass inspection and you can have it back the way it was." No apologies, just rude! I said that's not even realistic. They were extremely rude when i came in to them and then were even worse when i called to ask about why it was taking so long, i then Got fed up and demanded to have my car back and i finally got i back I was charged $1000 and my brakes are still messed up.
