Comment : We had a terrible experience. Our car needed an inspection (we have been taking our cars there for 15 years) The business used to very courteous, now they don't care at all. Our car cost 1700.00 ! We knew it needed rear brakes and some other repairs, so I called to find out why we weren't called 1st before this outrageous price was forced on us to pay. Basically the girl wouldn't let me talk and said if we didn't like their service we don't have to come back! So we are NOT and we also have a small business so we are going to spread the word not to go there.

Comment : I went there to get my car inspected found out the person who did my inspection wasn't licensed, after I left there 3 days later I came to a red light had no breaks , I believe that if the right certified person was looking over my vehicle this would of never happened. The owner Becky is very rude has no remorse on what went wrong an does not feel that any of this is their fault or their workers. I would recommend going somewhere else .

Comment : My car needed inspection and the windowwasher fluid wasn't squirting. They called
me and said I needed a washer motor and wiper motor that it would be138.00. I said, how much do we have in it 7So far,? he said the price of the inspection.I said , go ahead and put the wiper motor on for that price. They had
to order it so I picked the car up. A week later
the part that they had for it didn't work so they had to go to aV.W part , never telling me that it was going to be more money. They called and said, my car was ready.I said , how much was the bill 1152.00!!! Ten times the amount. I said you should have called me and told me it was going to be more,Adam said" I Assumed it would be o k" No not ten times more!! Are you kidding me? I would have taken it elsewhere to get a 2nd opinion. When I went to pick up the car, I questioned the woman. Why didn't they contact me? she said. "We can take the parts back out and it won't pass inspection and you can have it back the way it was." No apologies, just rude! I said that's not even realistic. I'm thoroughly disgusted with this dishonest garage. I will not be back. I do not recommend!!

Comment : They had my car for over 1 month for break pads and break rotors. They were extremely rude when i came in to them and then were even worse when i called to ask about why it was taking so long, i then Got fed up and demanded to have my car back and i finally got i back I was charged $1000 and my brakes are still messed up. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!

Comment : Dont call these people for help and don't trust whatever they promise to do for you. They will charge you more than they promise, and even they will charge you for the tasks they never have done it
