Comment : I was having tire trouble & stopped in thinking I'd probably have to leave my car to get looked at. Paul was working on a car, stopped what he was doing to look at my tire. He found a nail in it & fixed it immediately! Not only that, but he made sure all my tires were full. What a great guy!!!!!

Comment : While we were on vacation, my daughter’s car suddenly started making a loud noise, and we were worried it was going to be a major repair. We brought it in, and Mark took care of it right away. It turned out to be nothing more than a bolt that needed to be replaced, and the total was only $85.

Mark was incredibly kind, honest, and professional. He could have easily told us it was something much more expensive, but instead he fixed exactly what was needed and got us safely back on the road. His quick service and integrity truly saved our vacation.

It’s hard to find businesses you can trust, and this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable auto repair. Thank you again, Mark!

Comment : The employee who fixed the tire was great! The older gentle or I assume owner was rude, abrasive and obnoxious!!!

Clearly from the other reviews this is overall demeanor, so sad hes such an angry grump :(

Comment : Saved my vacation! Discovered a nail in my tire while away on a trip and pulled into Undertoe Service Center. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly nice, plugged the tire, took off the spare, and had the actual tire back on the car in under 10 minutes flat. Amazing, fast, and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Comment : Took my tire there hoping to get it plugged, but was told it was too big to plug and that I'd need to buy aa new tire off them to fix it, and they were quite rude when i told them no. It was just a small nail hole so i took it to a place in Manahawkin and they patched me up no problem. Avoid this place unless it's a dire emergency.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : These people are incredibly rude and undermining. Especially the older man with the beard in the front. Do not get ripped off by them, speaking as a local. Acting like your customers are bothering you and taking advantage of the fact that they are a woman, and you assume they know less about cars (aka treating my father with higher respect than me) is not okay. I will never go here again and honestly, neither should anybody if they can help it. Do better. I picked up my car before they could touch it.
