Comment : Took my tire there hoping to get it plugged, but was told it was too big to plug and that I'd need to buy aa new tire off them to fix it, and they were quite rude when i told them no. It was just a small nail hole so i took it to a place in Manahawkin and they patched me up no problem. Avoid this place unless it's a dire emergency.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : These people are incredibly rude and undermining. Especially the older man with the beard in the front. Do not get ripped off by them, speaking as a local. Acting like your customers are bothering you and taking advantage of the fact that they are a woman, and you assume they know less about cars (aka treating my father with higher respect than me) is not okay. I will never go here again and honestly, neither should anybody if they can help it. Do better. I picked up my car before they could touch it.

Comment : Didn’t want to drive with my oil light on, so stopped by and they put 1 quart of oil in! I didn’t know what it should cost, but have been told I got ripped off big time! It cost $30 for the quart of oil!

Comment : Mark is the most unfriendly, obnoxious mechanic you'll ever meet. Go anywhere else. Never mind that he may be convenient to where you are located. It is not worth it. Read what others say and stay away...stay far, far away!

Comment : BEWARE of their flat bed trucks driving on the roadways. Their drivers have ZERO consideration for other vehicles on the road. I experienced that first hand today. Cutting me off pushing me into the shoulder of the road. I was in the far right lane on Rt72W , the lane to get onto the parkway north, in traffic being summertime and with zero regard just turns into my lane causing me onto the shoulder to prevent him hitting me. This driver being local to the area and wanting to get on the parkway north shouldn't have been in the middle lane anyway!! For your own safety choose a different company.

$42 to inspect your tire if you choose not to buy tires from them.
Seems like they feel they have a captive audience on LBI
If you have a choice, drive off the island and pay normal prices for normal services by honest and reputable businesses. Visible with both
