Comment : Actually sent my way through AAA. Was stuck at LBI with a battery that died (of course it didn't die before leaving.. ) they came as scheduled. The tech (forgot his name, nice dude) tested the alternator just to make sure. Tested battery (7 volts and didn't hold a charge), so had the battery in his van. Bing bam boom, all fixed and a ton of anxiety off my shoulder. Thanks guys!!

Comment : I had a tire loosing 5# per day, which is a sizable leak. They sprayed the tire, to no avail. Removed it and were unable to find the leak. Charged me $44 for their efforts concluding "It's loosing air from somewhere". Then I brought it to my mechanic who found the leak in less than 20 seconds by spraying soapy water onto it, then fixed it. I asked him how it was possible that a tire specialist could not find it and he told me that there must have been no soap left in the sprayer. If you keep adding water without replenishing the soap, eventually there is insufficient soap to locate a leak. Undertoe is cheap and stupid, also useless.

It was a minor issue and he fixed it within an hour! Very reasonable! Thank you Mark for your help! Very impressed!

Comment : I was having tire trouble & stopped in thinking I'd probably have to leave my car to get looked at. Paul was working on a car, stopped what he was doing to look at my tire. He found a nail in it & fixed it immediately! Not only that, but he made sure all my tires were full. What a great guy!!!!!

Comment : While we were on vacation, my daughter’s car suddenly started making a loud noise, and we were worried it was going to be a major repair. We brought it in, and Mark took care of it right away. It turned out to be nothing more than a bolt that needed to be replaced, and the total was only $85.

Mark was incredibly kind, honest, and professional. He could have easily told us it was something much more expensive, but instead he fixed exactly what was needed and got us safely back on the road. His quick service and integrity truly saved our vacation.

It’s hard to find businesses you can trust, and this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable auto repair. Thank you again, Mark!

Comment : The employee who fixed the tire was great! The older gentle or I assume owner was rude, abrasive and obnoxious!!!

Clearly from the other reviews this is overall demeanor, so sad hes such an angry grump :(

Comment : Saved my vacation! Discovered a nail in my tire while away on a trip and pulled into Undertoe Service Center. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly nice, plugged the tire, took off the spare, and had the actual tire back on the car in under 10 minutes flat. Amazing, fast, and friendly service. Highly recommend!
