Comment : They told me that the increments for oil changes were every 10,000 miles on my Mercedes. After 2 oil changes from them. I bought my car at 40,000 miles from an old couple. No problems or accidents. After my second oil change, and taking their word. My Mercedes starts to sound funny when I start it. Take it to another mechanic. They told me my oil was dark, and thick. So the prolonged wear and tear instead of the every 5,000 miles, which would've saved me thousands of dollars, and I'd still have my Mercedes. Long story short, the second mechanics I took it to were more professional, they showed me and explained the difference. Comment : I've NEVER found a more honest car repair place Tyler and Mike always make sure my car is safe and I understand EXACTLY what is wrong. Their expertise and knowledge of things that are a need to do right now and this can wait for a little bit helps so much when budgeting repairs. The whole staff are just great people!They have done extensive repairs on my ford flex, they repaired the poor and horrid repairs on my transmission and even straightened the pins that so.eone messed up, they have done all our break work including rotors and a caliper at one point. Most recently they took apart the engine to replace the water pump and afterward when a seal failed they fixed it and honored their work.I have always been contacted prior to repair start, with any changes, and when the job is done. Comment : Save your time and money. Took my ML63 Mercedes Benz for a coolant leak. They kept my car for 2 weeks with a price tag of 4k. A month later my car started to leak coolant again. Took it back and they wanted to charge me another 2k. Took it to another mechanic and they discovered they had placed two leak tighteners on one hose. Meaning they never fixed the issue. Their communication was also very vague pr no communication at all. I had to call several times during the week to get an update. DO NOT BRING YOU VEHICLE here unless you neee a basic oil change because that???s all there good at.Save your time and money. Took my ML63 Mercedes Benz for a coolant leak. Comment : Do not make the same mistake that we made! Do NOT have your car towed here unless you have a couple days to wait. They must be good because they were extremely busy but they couldn't even give us an estimate as to how long it could take. Our car broke down on the way out of town so the towing service asked us where we wanted to go and mentioned this place because they are associated with AAA so we said ok. We got a motel room for the night and called first thing. Unfortunately they had so many appointments they said they could not even give us an idea as to when they could look at our car. I'm giving 3 starts because I can't comment on the quality of their work but I wanted to warn anyone who might need quick service.

Comment : I had interaction with Tyler and he did an amazing job making me feel as a customer that someone genuinely cared about my situation. I previously had the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop in Yucca Valley Pro-Color Collision. Essentially after having my vehicle for 7 weeks and 15k later returned my vehicle needing the job to be completely redone and caused $5000 in additional damages upon returning vehicle. Tyler was honest and wanted me to have the best quality the area had to offer and linked me up with a body shop with top of the line equipment in the area due to the major work that would need to be done on my vehicle.
