Comment : I'm still waiting for my car. Ultimate has had it for nine days. I was told They would diagnose the problem and give me an estimate by Thursday. I really cannot answer this survey until my car is fixed....

Comment : Terribly Slow & Terribly Incompetent.
This shop has seriously gone downhill in the last two years. Half the time they give me my car back they haven't fixed the problem, and every time it's there for weeks on end. The office staff is great, but there's obviously a management problem because they can't keep good techs staffed--creating huge delays and bad service.
Been taking my cars there for 7 years and was so happy to never go there again; I feel like I just left an abusive relationship.

Comment : I’ve been using Ultimate Motors since I moved to hi desert ( 7 yrs ) Always taken great care of my cars and most of all I trust the people!! Mike and Tyler are awesome and I can’t say enough good stuff about this place 👍
