Comment : I got a nail in my tire and stopped by the Milford location. Though they were busy and it was close to the end of their day, they took time to patch my tire.
THANK YOU!

Comment : I brought in an older Chrysler mini van that had a broken electric window. I bought this van a few months ago and didn’t have the previous maintenance records. I appreciated the overall inspection and details of what needed to be addressed now and later. No pressure, I was able to get the window fixed, transmission and radiator serviced as well as some leaky radiator hoses replaced. Pricing is reasonable. You get what you pay for and they stand behind their work with a warranty. Nice shuttle service too! I’ll be back!

Comment : I was told to bring my vehicle in the earlier the better for an oil change and tire rotation (they open at 7am, I was there at 8am). Upon arrival 3 technicians were sitting behind the desk eating. I left my key (called and gave all information before dropping my vehicle off) and a friend picked me up. 2 hours later I returned and the man behind the desk said they wouldn't be able to get to my vehicle until 12 noon or later. I expressed that a 4 hour plus wait for an oil change & tire rotation was absolutely ridiculous. That same man said "we told you when you called to make the appointment 1st come 1st serve. There's 3-4 vehicles ahead of you. " when I arrived at 8am there wasn't any customers there and certainly no rush with the 3 technicians eating behind the desk. I then asked for my key and the man gave me someone else's key! I found mine and left. That same man followed me out the door hollering at me reiterated again 1st come 1st serve. Definitely NOT professional to come out the door and holler at a customer. Bad business and poor behavior on Ulmer's part. I was a 1st time customer and believe me the whole situation was handled poorly. I promptly went down the street to Pennzoil and got my oil changed immediately and they were kind & professional. Lesson learned on that whole deal.
