Comment : Our daughter's car overheated while driving on the highway. As we are almost four hours away, we were at the mercy of Yelp and Google reviews. We had the car towed to Ulmer's and received excellent service. The problem with the car was a result of a previous repair at a different shop (near home). Brian at Ulmer's helped us with pictures and video of the problem caused by the previous repair. They also squeezed her car into their busy schedule and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. We highly recommend!

Comment : When I contacted Ulmer’s, they were very accommodating and upfront about the cost and what needed repaired for my rear brakes. They offered a replacement car while they were working on my car and/or the use of their shuttle. That was a nice perk that I wasn’t expecting. I really appreciate their professional, quality repair of my car!

Comment : We have had a really good experience here at Ulmers, once again. We have been bringing our 4 vehicles to them for over 5 years now. The entire staff is very professional, detail-oriented, and polite. They all go out of their way to make sure that we are satisfied. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic, give Ulmers a try. Even if they are across town for you, you won?t be disappointed. I would like to especially recognize Steve, James, Jeremy, John, Wesley, and Luke.

Comment : I?m mostly satisfied with how fast they get me in and out every time I call them. Everyone is always polite with a smile on their face, which puts me in a good mood. I?ve had work done with my transmission and my strut, both times they?ve left me extremely satisfied! I drive for a living. So, I have to keep my car on the road. They have good deals on pricing. They?ve won me over, they?re now my go to!

Comment : Always get a 2nd opinion from a TRUSTED person if you choose to use Ulmers. They told me there was blown head gasket on a recently purchased used truck. This caused me heaps of unnecessary stress with the dealership. Turns out their diagnosis was 100% B.S. I had 3 other mechanics look into it - complete scam. I had been a customer for years prior - now I question everything they ever did. Its been 20000 miles since...motor is strong as ever.
