Comment : They are the best. Everyone has been kind and considerate of the recall on my vehicle. I have trusted them for the last 4 years and will continue in the future. They are worth the extra miles that I travel to know that the service I receive is honest and completely done to there liking and mine. I have a Ford dealership not even 2 miles away from me but I will continue to travel extra miles because I know they will do what is right and won't give back my car till they are completely satisfied on how it runs. I recommend them highly.

Comment : Recently, I added windshield washer fluid to my 2025 Ford Explorer, and noticed it was leaking. I called the Tyrone Ford service department to schedule a repair. I was immediately set up with an appointment, that met my schedule.

I was told the repair would take an hour. The new windshield washer reservoir was replaced as promised within an hour. All staff I dealt with were polite, courteous, and professional.
