Comment : The issue was my Ford F250 2021 not happy with the extended warranty. I felt like I was lied to. They told me when I got the extended warranty. It would cover bumper-to-bumper now since the front end is pulling into the left they’re telling me they can’t fix it and it’s not under warranty

Just picked up my new Ford Bronco Outer Banks from Capistrano Ford, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Capistrano Ford made the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. Comment : My car buying experience was seemless thanks to Haris and Sha. Haris was great to work with as I explored my options. He is knowledgeable, not pushy and really friendly. Sha, the manager, made sure I got the exact car I was wanting and helped get me a great deal. I love my new Bronco and enjoyed the entire experience. Haris even stayed late to make sure everything was set up for my new car before driving away. 10/10 - would definitely recommend Tuttle-Click and that team.

Comment : I had some trouble receiving a EV credit from the government during last tax season. I reached out to the dealership, and the manager, Mr. Steve Smith, contacted me immediately. We had a brief conversation initially, during which time he was unable to provide the proper document. Though he apologized for not being able to help me he did not stop there. A few days later I received a voicemail from Steve forwarded up by an email with a new document attached. He had figured out a way that he believed could help the situation. I sent it to my CPA, and he quickly found out how to apply it. later on a full tax credit was refunded to my account :)

I would like to thank Mr. Steve Smith for going out of his way to provide an excellent customer service. I was more than impressed! Normally I rarely leave feedback online but this time I made sure to leave a truthful feedback because I do appreciate the great service.

I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to doing business with them again.
