Comment : Jason our salesman was fantastic. Great communication keeping us in the loop the entire time since we were buying from out of town and having the car delivered. This is our second time buying from Tuscaloosa Ford and they’ll definitely be our first call when we are ready to buy again.

Comment : When I came into the repair shop looking for a nut. The first thing the parts clerk asked was the vin number of my vehicle?? Who in the world carry their vehicle vin number around? With all that still didn't get the correct nut. Make, model and year should have been suffice. The was just doing his job, he was courteous . That's why they get 2 stars.
