Comment : Jared was great! Was able to get my concerns answered and even took personal care himself of some of them. I?m driving 3 hours to get my service done at Tuscaloosa Chevrolet for the last 12 years and would highly recommend the service department!

Comment : The service here is outstanding! Lucas always goes above and beyond as a service coordinator. Have been using them for all my vehicle needs since 2018. They even have a shuttle to help me with my busy schedule when I need to get my vehicles serviced.

Comment : Its hard for them to actually perform a multi point inspection. They have left my coolant empty which caused my corvette to run hot....they did nothing about it, also told me for 2 years my brakes were good then my brakes were grinding into my rotors and they did nothing to accomadate me besides replace the rotors that they caused to be damaged.....no temporary car had to get a rental and no discount on the $3000 I spent on brakes and to service my transmission smh now I drive 30min to bessemer for service smh would not recommend coming here or buying

Comment : I hate to even have to say this, but our experience with Tuscaloosa Chevrolet has been beyond disappointing.

Our vehicle has been there since 3/11, and as of today (3/18), nothing has been done. No updates, no sense of urgency, no communication. That alone is frustrating, but the way we were treated during this process made it even worse.

Customer service matters and respect matters even more. Unfortunately, we didn?t receive either. The interaction with our service advisor (Lucas) made it very clear where things stood, and that?s something we won?t ignore.

We won?t be returning and we?ll be taking our business elsewhere moving forward. Just sharing our experience so others can make informed decisions.
