Comment : I wish I could give this dealership NO stars at all. My husband and I experience has been horrible. Saturday we came in because the dealership sent my husband a letter stating they wanted to buy his vehicle back. We work along side Salesman Bryant he was fantastic. My husband vehicle was appraised by a service advisor name Lucas who drove his car to test it out he than brought it back and turned the keys in. Unfortunately the price they were giving my husband wasn t good so we decided to go home. My husband tried to start the car with his key fob and it wouldn t start, walking closer to the vehicle you could smell burning rubber from the tires and check engine light came on. We went back in the dealership to see what happened when Lucas drove it. Lucas advised that while driving the car the check engine light came on. But mind you No one advised my husband of this they let him find out on his own. We spoke with Fred Spencer and he has useless he kept saying that he limited on what he can do but told my husband to come in on Monday to speak with the owner Joshua Crowe and bring the car to service. So today is Monday car in service Saw Fred Spencer and asked what time do the owner comes in he laughed and said he in Florida but you can talk with Buddy. We went downstairs to see what kind of resolutions. Buddy goes and say I don t know why Fred sent you to speak with me, Jennifer from service is looking for you upstairs. We go to talk to her and it s going to cost $500.00 to fix the issue luckily we have insurance on the vehicle to pay for repairs. But that is not the point of it. It s how you treat a customers if a customer has a complaint you hear the customer out and try to resolve the issue not try to sweep it under the rug like they have something hide we are so over this dealership shame on Fred Spencer, Buddy, Lucas and Jennifer. You all need to be retrained on you customers service skills. We will not use this dealership again and told others to do the same.I wish I could give this dealership NO stars at all. Comment : The service department should be CLOSED DOWN. They didn t properly care for my vehicle. Their actions placed my family at risk. The manager made excuses for an incompetent staff. I will NEVER RETURN. Broke additional sensors. Service rep did not appear to want to assist, troubled by my presence.Too many issues to discuss. Falsified maintenance report. Terrible location. Comment : This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Tuscaloosa Chevrolet. Both times the process has been seamless and everyone has been super helpful; especially with me being an out of state customer. Tyler and I discussed the details of my purchase over the phone and he had everything ready to go once I was able to get to the dealership. Comment : 30 days before first payment . If they can do this to a 62 year old woman plus taking her last $5000. So beware of the paint jobs, get a professional to go with you. DO NOT TRUST!!!
