He sucks significantly and very rude to his customers.'> Reviewed : 06/07/2025 Comment : The sales manager Bobby there is the most unprofessional sales person I've ever dealt with. I went to go look at a 2022 black f-150 lariat that they currently have. And I get the keys sales man says go crank it up while he takes my id to go print and I turn it on and the engine light is on the dash. Sales person didn't know which was fine we drove it up to services and that was basically it. But today I got a text from that salesperson saying that my sales manager "Bobby has a better deal" not to mention I have a trade in that they only offered me 10k which was honestly a joke. But so Bobby calls me and he didn't even tell me about his "deal" he automatically assumed I was going to get it and asked me what I'd like my payment plan to be and how many months I was wanting to do. I said I'm not even focusing on that right now I got told you were going to offer me a better deal. Long story short there was no better deal. His words where "if you pay off your truck and you owe 0 dollars are you going to take 0 forIt" which I found very unprofessional. He sucks significantly and very rude to his customers. 1 Reviews Jessica s Tuscaloosa, AL Reviewed : 06/05/2025 Comment : just bought a new truck. sales guy John V was great.biggest downside was the sales manager guy, not sure what his name was. they were trying to low ball us on our trade in and we went back and forth sending John to see him and get us more for the trade in. well i guess tubby tubby sales manager had enough and waddled his way on over to get loud and try to intimidate us. i didn’t appreciate that and it didn’t work to intimidate. but, i did get a little scared that ole tubby tubby red in the face was gonna eat me with his mouth as open as it was when he was getting loud over $1,000 difference. do better tubsyou’re not you when you’re hungry. 1 Reviews Rhonda hester Tuscaloosa, AL Reviewed : 06/02/2025 Comment : The orange light on the dash of my car was on so when they checked it the last time I had it serviced was told the back indicators went out and it would be $ 200 and something dollars. I had to wait until I could get the money to have fixed. I brought my car in to get the back two indicators fixed and was told that the front indicators went out and it would be $ 400 and something dollars. I could not get them fixed because I had only budgeted for the back two so I will have to ride around with the orange light on until I scrape up $ 400 and something dollars. After my husband stated several times that this was my deal they still continued to only speak to him. The salespeople I came into contact with were incredibly polite and helpful. I brought my leased vehicle in for warranty service last week and was initially provided a courtesy vehicle by the service advisor.More than a day later, and after multiple conversations about my vehicle, I received a call just before the dealership closed, demanding that I return the courtesy car immediately because I was not of age. This was surprising and frustrating, as I had already informed them of my age, provided my date of birth, and had my ID scanned at the time of the vehicle handoff.Unfortunately, I was out at dinner and unable to return the vehicle right away. Despite this, the dealership came and repossessed the car on the spot, leaving me without any transportation and effectively stranded.While I understand there may be policies or legal requirements regarding age, I am an out-of-state college student at the University of Alabama with no nearby family or support system to fall back on in such situations. The oil change costs the same here as it does at a speedy lube place (for my vehicle at least) so I might as well get my mileage checks and stuff done at the same time. Had my oil changed(son in law) he pulled wrong plug (drained transmission fluid) car was towed in to Chevy dealer . They tried selling me a $7100.00 transmission.. Had it towed to transmission shop right down the road and guess what . They put transmission fluid in and changed the overfilled oil for less then Tuscaloosa chevy dealer charged me.. ( I did get a refund from the dealer after 2-3 days and investigation as to " what I told them was wrong with it" but still had to pay for an extra tow to have car taken transmission shop .. This mistake could have cost me $7100.00.
