Comment : Zac and Faith were very Helpful in the whole process and excellent as a sales team. We are happy with the deal we received and happy with our new vehicle. We have had questions about how to operate the Dashboard and they have been very helpful to answer our questions. We would recommend Tuscaloosa Chevrolet and this sales team to all our friends and family.

Comment : Zach, Brad, and Ben were great! We were able to do the majority of the sell over the phone due to us living about 2 hours away. Zach had the vehicle ready Saturday. We were there maybe 1.5 hours. They really made the whole transaction smooth and seamless. We will return when we are ready for another vehicle.

Comment : After lowballing our trade-in, their best counteroffer was? a full tank of gas. That?s it. No money. No movement. Just vibes and unleaded. ??
Which is especially impressive considering our family has purchased THREE vehicles from this dealership. Apparently loyalty earns you exactly 400 miles of silence and disappointment.
I appreciate the gesture?gas is expensive?but unless the tank was filled with premium optimism and regret, it didn?t quite close the difference. I didn?t realize I was negotiating at a gas station, but here we are.
