Comment : Had some work done on my Impala. Faith the Service Advisor was amazing. She was very detailed and thorough throughout the entire process. The mechanic Patrick did an amazing job as well. They even offer warranties on their work! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for top notch repairs and service!

Comment : I had a wonderful experience. Ms. Faith explained the process for the filter change work that was to be performed and even worked with my schedule to provide me an appointment that worked for me and even reminded me of the shuttle service to get me to work and back to get my vehicle. The possible expense was clearly communicated in the beginning, and I was even provided an update on how the filter change was going. Ms. Stephanie in the office was also pleasant and friendly when I picked up my vehicle ensuring that all questions I may have had where answered. I would definitely recommend Turner?s Garage to anyone needing vehicle work. The staff is passionate about what they do and it shows throughout the entire experience.

Comment : I?m really impressed with the transparency at Turner's. They stuck exactly to the work we agreed on beforehand, and the documentation was spot on?my receipt clearly broke down the parts and labor costs without any random "shop fees" popping up at the end.

They even offered a courtesy ride to get me where I needed to go while the car was in the shop, which was a nice touch. The service was finished right on time, and they took a minute to walk me through everything they did to make sure I was happy with the results. It?s hard to find a shop this straightforward; I?ll definitely be bringing my vehicle back here.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.
