Comment : I took my vehicle there and will never go back. I should have known something was wrong when they had to reschedule me due to understaffing. They called me a day after I dropped my vehicle off and told me that to fix it would cost 7000 dollars. (I have the invoice to prove it) Then tried to charge me 250 just to look at when I already told them what the problem was. I took my vehicle to another certified mechanic and got the work done for 2100 dollars with a warranty. I do not suggest going to this place, but if you have to PLEASE get a second opinion before you agree to their terms. Thanks

Comment : Turner's garage was a pleasure to deal with a transmission problem on my grandson's Nissian. Problem with a CVT. Given two options to fix. Turners did the work in one day. Would recommend their services to anyone with transmission problems.

No effort to build trust or loyalty, just quick to bill for something unnecessary. If you already know what's wrong with your car, don't expect them to respect that - they'll charge you anyway. Very Disappointed'>

Comment : All About the Money, Not the Customer

already knowing from the dealership (Audi) that it needed a radiator. I was upfront and clear, but Turner's Garage insisted charging me a diagnostic fee anyway - even though the problem was already diagnosed from AUDI. That tells me everything I need to know: they're more interested in squeezing every dollar than actually helping the customer.

I believe their mad because I refused to pay them for something I can do myself, like a brand new rack and pinion assembly for $170 including tax and Free shipping and I can have it done in a couple hours.
So anyway I refilled the power steering reservoir and started it and discovered that everything was basically disconnected and all the power steering fluid was gone in 2 seconds.
I pulled out of their lot along the side of the road and managed to at least make it drivable.
If I were ever asked by anyone about this repair shop I'd tell them "THEY ARE CROOKS" !!!'>

Comment : I have a power steering fluid leak that I needed to have repaired so I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in the morning. They said they would charge $70 to evaluate and submit an estimate. This power steering leak was slow but I had to refill it every 100 or so miles.
Later that day they informed me that I needed them to install a new rack and pinion assembly with an estimate of
just over $1000...but I did inform them if the repair was over $250 when I dropped it off that I probably wouldnt have them do the repairs. I told them I refused the replacement of the rack and pinion assembly.
These people also tried to push several other services that were outrageously more expensive than it should have been, like drain and refill the coolant for
over $240 and flush the brake fluid for
$165 ...these are way more expensive than it should be... heck I can do these myself for less than $100 !
So they supposedly reassembled the vehicle, I paid the $70 bill, got the keys and started it to find their mechanic didn't fully reassemble it and Did Not refill it. I complained to the owner and he didn't have any thing to say.
