Comment : Shopping for a car for my daughter Turner was my 3rd dealership. I called to inquire about a vehicle I'd seen on line. Welllll the operator connected me to Benjamin better known as Ben. His personality was absolutely AWESOME to the point you knew he was smiling. I hadn't written down any info on this car just knew I was interested. He had so much patience to get ALL the info necessary but one of the best things was he did not ask as all other car salesman to give him a time for me to come in. Not one time did he push me to buy and for me that was a HUGE PLUS. Ben made our experience with Turner Chevrolet one of the best places to purchase a vehicle. Every person Ben put me in contact with was absolutely awesome to the point I know in the future I'll definitely be back but in the mean time I will highly recommend Turner Chevrolet to any and everyone who's looking for a used car or a new Chevrolet. THANKS BEN for taking good care of me and my daughter. PS:My post says Shirley but my name is Phyllis.

Comment : Sent my sister to this dealership about a week ago with her truck . She called me from the dealership questioning their recommendations for repairs even though she only went there for an oil change. They recommended nearly $3500 worth of work . I told her to leave after her oil change don't do any repairs, and we went to another dealer about 3 days later , we asked them to check the specific things we were told with their repair suggestions from Turner . Turns out her truck needed basically nothing they recommended with the exception of an air filter and cabin filter , on top of that when I asked the 2nd dealer for pricing on just 2 of the service interval recommendations Turner recommended, Turner was extremely expensive compared to another Chevy dealer. So its clear to me these people will say nearly anything to get you to spend money , including telling a woman that she really needed to have all this done to keep her truck in top condition. All lies and half of what they said was already performed less than a year prior. Personally I would avoid this dealer at all costs. I do not trust them at all and it's obvious they just want to maximize every single repair order to make as much money as possible off of you regardless if you needed the services and repairs or not. 1 for instance , she was told she needed front and rear brakes , I don't think they even checked because the pads and rotors were replaced less than 6 months prior and under 5,000 miles ago. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this was ridiculous and absurd ! I can't help to think how many people they have done the same thing to and didn't know they were being ripped off , Just beware if you ever go there and question everything because in my honest opinion they will try and rip you off using scare tactics and padding repair orders for maximum profit !

Comment : Integrity & Persistence in Service and True Compassion in Sales I cannot recommend Turner Chevrolet enough. I found myself in a brutal logistical situation after my 2003 Silverado 3500 Duramax developed a major transmission issue. Every other shop I spoke to gave me the same lazy, expensive answer: "Replace the whole transmission for $6,000-$8,000." The Service Department (Antonio): Antonio took my truck in and actually did the work. He was upfront from day one that the diagnosis would be difficult and might take time, but he committed to finding the real problem. While the process took a few months and involved some trial and error with a programming issue, they eventually fixed the transmission for a fraction of replacement cost (roughly $1,500.) They even performed extra road tests to ensure the truck was solid before I drove it 4 hours back to Pittsburgh. I've put 250 miles on it since pickup, and it's running perfectly. If you have a slightly older but still very much relevant and usful medium-duty diesel and want a team with actual technical expertise and honesty, ask for Antonio. The Sales Team (Jill & Jenn): The day I picked up the truck, I hit a massive bureaucratic wall with AAA. I traveled to the dealership from Pittsburgh and was going to pay and extract the truck to have AAA tow it back to Pittsburgh (I was on my own), that's a whole other story, TLDR; AAA failed to render any support. I spent two hours pacing the dealership grounds with my dog, Clio, while I was trying to work out the tow with AAA. Jill Stenberg (the GSM) and Jenn Frank (Sales Consultant) noticed me and came out... not to sell me anything, but because they genuinely wanted to help. They brought a doggy treat for Clio and immediately started brainstorming solutions to get me home. They offered to help find local tows and coordinate options, all while telling me, "This is just what we do; we are here to help." I wasn't a sales lead to them; I was just a person in a jam, and they treated me like family. It is rare to find this much humanity in a dealership. Great dealership all around. Thanks a lot for all your help!

Comment : Anastasia from Turner Chevrolet was wonderful. Knowledgeable and very friendly. She took the time to explain things I did not understand and took care to fully answer my questions and address my concerns. UPDATE/EDIT! The following is in no way related to Anastasia- Down to 1 star. DO NOT go through them for financing, do it yourself. They didn’t reach out to the bank I asked them to yet told me that bank denied me. So we went with a different bank. Turns out the original bank I wanted will totally approve me and at a much lower interest rate. I feel like I was lied to. Was told it was a misunderstanding. I call BS!

In an industry that can sometimes feel cold and transactional, Jenn and Jill are a breath of fresh air. This kind of behavior proves that they run a business based on integrity and human connection. Even though I live in Pittsburgh, I would drive back to Harrisburg in a heartbeat to buy my next Chevy from this team. They are world-class people.'>

Comment : I cannot say enough about the character of the team here, specifically **Jill Stenberg (GSM)** and **Jenn Frank (Sales Consultant)**.

I was at the dealership on a Saturday morning to pick up my truck from the service department. I live 4 hours away in Pittsburgh, and I ended up getting stranded in their parking lot for hours because of a massive bureaucratic failure by AAA. I was on the phone with AAA, pacing the lot, stressed out and exhausted, with my dog.

Jenn and Jill saw me from inside and came out, not to try and deliver a pitch, but because they genuinely cared. They initially came out just to meet Clio (Jill even brought her a treat bone to chew on while I worked through the logistics), but as soon as they realized the situation I was in with my truck, they jumped into action.

Without hesitation they started brainstorm solutions, looking into local tow options, and offering genuine support. They kept telling me, "Don't thank us, this is just what we do; we are here to help." I wasn't even a sales lead for them, yet they treated me with more respect and urgency than the service I actually pay for at AAA.
