Comment : Me and my family were stranded right before the last I-8 exit headed west out of El Centro, CA. We were traveling from Mesa, AZ and encountered a flat tire with 109 degree weather. Jose was dispatched by a very helpful highway patrolman. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and just delivered an impressive customer experience. He not only changed out my tire with our spare; but also recommended us to a local shop who can replace our spare with a new tire. Jose followed us safely until we exited and were on our way to the tire shop. Me and my family are very grateful to have experienced our first flat tire with Tucker Auto Center. I called two other ones plus my auto insurance and none of them were willing to change out my tire on the spot. They were either closed or not willing and only able to take two passengers. Jose you are one of a kind! Thank you for following through and going above and beyond for us! Keep smiling!

Comment : Tucker Auto Care was GREAT! My car couldn’t have broken down (4 hours from home) and been towed to a better place! Mike Garcia was in touch with me constantly over the course of my auto repairs and he was amazing, as was the office staff, who kindly helped arrange a rental car for me.
