Comment : I was kissed on my back bumper but such things are never as they seem. True Performance used OEM parts and repaired my car to as new condition???..all covered by insurance. I got my car back with the comfort of knowing it is safe to drive with original parts are skilled labor. They even washed it! I was more than pleased by the work and pride plus great customer service. The pictures say it all. A+I was kissed on my back bumper but such things are never as they seem. Comment : The entire team at True Performance went above and beyond for a special project to blackout the trim pieces on my car. They were very professional in their work and communication throughout the entire process. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience I had.

Comment : Been going here for years, given them tons of business. Can???t say I???ll be coming back after my most recent experience. Been leaving messages for days trying to get ahold of John Gilbert - the person handing my repair. Can???t even be bothered enough to give me a call back. Left voicemails as his line always goes to voicemail, then left numerous messages with reception. How can I entrust my car to be repaired when I can???t even get ahold of the people working. If you don???t want to repair my car then just say that, jeez.

Comment : The whole team at True performance did a great job taking care of me after an unfortunate accident lead to the totaling of my M235i. Despite being unable to work with the shop and buy a new car in the meantime, Melinda and the rest of the team were very accommodating and helpful.

Comment : They did a great job coordinating with my insurance and rental car company. The job was pretty good, however, I got my car a few days ago and below are a few things I noticed. Like I said, they were still pretty good and are Mercedes certified. Super responsive and kind! Ron helped through the entire process and was great. Issues I found: Paint is not leveled and will peel in adverse weather. Body gsb on passenger side headlight is not level. Hood on passenger side not leveled with fender. Lower grill on passenger side not aligned with driver side. Front bumper cover not leveled with hood on passenger side.
