Comment : I got my truck towed there telling them there was a burning smelled and the starter was not cranking. They told me it was just the battery even though the power running boards and lights were still working. Charged me $300 to replace the battery. The truck broke down 2 days later at which point they said it was the starter(which I had told them it most likely was) and charged me an additional $500 to replace the starter. In total I didn’t have my truck for 3 days and spent $800. I could not have asked for a worse experience and would never go back and am actually considering cancelling AAA as they would not tow my truck unless I was present even though I left my keys and ID at the house where my truck was. All in all a terrible experience.

Comment : This is the only shop I will take my car to. I have been going to them for years, and have had only great experiences. Their service is excellent, and they are very honest. I would recommend them to everyone. My whole family takes their cars to Troubleshooters. They are the best auto repair shop in Pittsburgh!
