Comment : I was referred by the BMW dealer to bring my 328i to Trident for a drive cycle service to reset the computer system for a failed Smog test after replacing the valve engine cover at a local mechanic shop. Joe, the owner of Trident, was so helpful and kind to me. He printed off the detailed steps how I could followed these steps to drive in order to reset the computer. After some thoughts, I decided to use their service to resolve this issue. Joe was able to reset the system. He even completed my failed Smog test at no charge. I really appreciate Joe and his crew (Joey and John) professionalism.

Comment : They sabotage my car and a friend's car, the same exact way, and they were pretending like it was a and natural occurrence unscrewed a hard to unscrew long bolt up inside the engine to make the oil leak all over our garage and then trying to tell us I'll bring it in. We'll fix it and then charge an arm in the leg well lucky thing I had my oil changed across the street and they told me that's not normal. Your car is only a 23,000 miles. You shouldn't have this problem. This is not a common problem so I've decided I met somebody with the automotive place that testing operations here in Valencia and yeah, I'm gonna put this place under such operation. They don't know when they don't know where but I'm still so upset that they did this to me, and to my friend and lo and behold they were talking on the phone to a angry customer who said his car was leaking oil. What kind of get up is going on here? These are all my experiences.

Comment : The best auto shop in Santa Clarita. Trustworthy, reliable, friendly, honest. I take both our family cars here knowing that we will be taken care of and treated with transparency and respect. Communication is great. They keep you informed every step of the way. If you call for an update on your repair, they know exactly who you are and why you are calling. Recently, our minivan had trouble, which was covered by the warranty. Trident brought our van over to the dealership and took care of everything for us. Another time, the work was going to take several days so Trident lent me a car. I couldn't ask for more from these guys.

Comment : Here we sit inside Jiffy Lube! Our first day of vacation is today so last week we made an appointment to have our oil changed. Showed up on time and was told it would take an hour and 15 mins to get done. I made an appointment so I would not have to wait this long. If you been here there is only two folding chairs to sit outside in 90 plus degree weather, or a old couch filled with paperwork in the small office. We left. What's the purpose of making an appointment days in advance just to have to wait so long. Jiffy lube ended up being cheaper and only 20 mins to wait
