Comment : Customer service was good, and I felt like they were honest with the transaction. My only issue is my car had been with them for almost 2 days, for just an inspection $200 + that I paid for with no repair involved.

Comment : Great shop, super duper honest and realistic with the customer. They also frequently update you on how your job is doing. Joey in particular was great with amazing customer service and keeping me updated. They helped with my final road worthy tune-ups and even a major timing job and smogging for my 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT. They don't shy away from interesting/unique cars. They also are AAA affiliated so you know they're trusted. As for any car repair, it can sometimes get expensive but they'll always ask for your own permission before moving forward with ANYTHING.

Comment : Great experience every time. I have a Honda Fit and a Mercedes SLK 350, and they've worked on both of them. Absolute top notch customer care and prices that are always reasonable. This business is family owned and operated. Really good, honest and hard working people, and they will definitely treat you right.

Comment : Don't bother. We appreciate and are very supportive of a small business but some employees have not been trained appropriately. Our wire for the computer connection was held up with one zip tie, and they refused to help us cut the zip tie and asked us to leave and get something to cut it with and come back and wait in line again . That's ridiculous. FYI- the owner was not there, and we have been very loyal to him, but this was communicated back to us from the owners son. We will take our business elsewhere.

With a 23 year old car comes the expectation that you ll have issues, and since it hasn t been run in a few years I was worried there would be a lot to repair. The Trident team inspected the car, and gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be repaired.
