Comment : This is probably the most genuine and honest business I've ever been to. Notice how I didn't say "car service shop". I'm saying of all the businesses in Santa Clarita. These guys are truly genuine and honest. Anything that has to do with our family's cars, I bring it to Trident. The prices are fair and the work that they do is at the highest quality. Customer service is a forefront of this business and you don't see that very often anymore. I highly recommend this place for everyone to bring their cars for service.

Comment : Three of my studs and lug nuts got sheared off because a dip shit at Valvoline in Iowa had torqued them too tight, because they weren’t knowledgeable about proper torque specs… Trident was amazing, friendly, prompt and went the extra mile to go to the Subaru dealership and get the parts I needed, and had me out in a couple hours. Phenomenal establishment, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Comment : Customer service was good, and I felt like they were honest with the transaction. My only issue is my car had been with them for almost 2 days, for just an inspection $200 + that I paid for with no repair involved.
