Comment : There is not enough thank yous for tri state shell, they made time to diagnosis our 3500 Ram. They then fit us in their full schedule to fix our truck and save our motor. After repairs we easily made it back to NH pulling a 43 foot 5th wheel. That would not have been possible without their expect help, I mean this to all at tri state shell that helped. Plus after the work was done they took the truck for a test drive this is showing alot for a maintenance garage that carries a full schedule like tru state shell. Thank you very much Jack

Comment : These mid business is great! I spoke with Patty in dispatch and she is wonderful. Patty was very helpful and addressed my concerns from previous ties with other companies. Patty had the driver reach out. The driver was exceptional, asked appropriate questions and was punctual. The driver got the vehicle and towed to my residence. The vehicle arrived safely. The driver even sent me pics to confirm and make sure the location was good.
