Comment : My truck was towed to Tri State Shell by AAA from the interstate when my water pump went out around 5pm. I was on vacation pulling a fifth wheel rv and Tri State made schedule adjustments to make the repair and get me on my way by the end of the next day. Their quick turn around in addition to the great advice from their tow truck driver made the experience a memorable one because of their great service.

Comment : In the past 75 Years I have had a lot of mechanics do work on my trucks. Yesterday I took my pickup to Tri-State Towing to Jeff Strickler to have him change my oil. As I was sitting in waiting area, Jeff come in and asked me what kind of oil filter I wanted. He gave me 3 choices and the price of each one. I asked him if there was a difference and he said yes, what is in the inside of the filter makes a lot of difference. So since I try to take care of my 2015 Chevrolet 3500 Diesel I chose the most expensive one, Delco. This is the first time in my life that a mechanic and or owner has ever asked me what name brand of filter I wanted. That goes to show you that Jeff cares about his customers vehicles. If you need someone to do great work on your vehicle, call Tri-State Towing and ask for Jeff Strickler.

Comment : Patty was cheerful and helpful at the checkout counter. This is the cleanest facility I've ever been to at the end of an exit. The bathroom was decorated so cutely with puzzles in frames of All American kind of things. Stop here before anywhere else.
