Comment : The entire process of getting a truck was very smooth. I highly recommend Tri Star Motors. Karry really knows his stuff, and answered all of my questions. Buying a vehicle isn't always an easy process, but Karry made sure to stay on the same page as me and made it way less stressful. For what my opinion is worth, I won't car shop anywhere else.

Comment : I had a great experience last week getting three new vehicles. Great working with Eric and Tom. I think this makes it eight vehicles I have bought or leased from them.. The only negative is that they are an hour and a half away. Easily worth it, though since they have saved me a ton of money compared to the quotes, I have gotten from more local dealerships. I would recommend them to anyone and will be a customer for life.

Comment : Sadly disappointed in my car buying experience here. I feel I was rushed out the door as it was later in the day. I was told that my concerns could be addressed in the next few days if anything should arise. I reached out multiple times trying to get the service records/invoice for the work done while the vehicle was at the dealership. I was told twice that the individual who handled that was on vacation so it couldn’t be sent to me. I still haven’t received it. Upon cleaning the vehicle thoroughly, I found the fuse box cover and a rear trim plate were missing from the vehicle. I reached out to ask about getting those and was told I could order them myself via the parts counter. I ended up paying to have the vehicle professionally detailed in the interior a few days later as a smoke smell started to become apparent as well as something sticky and some cigarette ash being found in the third row. They did great negotiating price on the vehicle which I appreciate, but for the amount I am spending I feel these small issues should have been resolved.
