Comment : We purchased a 24 traverse from a different dealer ship with that said can’t thank tri star enough especially the service manager. Had a freak issue where the gas pedal snapped off. Ordered the new assembly and it came in early he got us in same day and replaced it no issues. Great group of people there will be looking there when we are ready to buy again.

Comment : Took my car in to get a oil change and let them know that there was a whistling sound coming from underneath my car. They had my car for over Three hours and when they called me to come pick it up the lady said that the service technician said that the sound I was hearing was normal this was on Monday the 9/15/25 so on Tuesday 9/16/25 I called them and said that this sound is not normal so they told me to bring it back up at 2:30 that day . So another technician look at it took it for a drive and finds that the driveshaft is about to fall out imagine that and just one day earlier another technician said it was fine. And this ain't the first issue I had with Tri Star of Uniontown once they charged me a $1000 for two bolts for my truck I would not recommend Tri Star of Uniontown to anyone.

Comment : They have the worst service manager. Instead of looking something up just kept saying been here a year and never heard of Company. I had another vehicle there under same company in past. Have 2025 chevy Silverado with 4000 miles on it and already has the check engine light on for emissions. Stay away from TriStar in Uniontown
