Comment : Came in to see the Ranger they had in stock and was greeted by Ken, heas very helpful. As I have a heard time making up my mind, very patient man. Did not get the one they had in stock and it sold, but I had time to figure out what truck I wanted. Found one at another dealership and Ken checked on it, was going to have it sent there...told me later, it had a recall, so sat down with me on what I wanted and got it to the dealership in two days.. Bought the twenty twenty six Ford Ranger truck, black. They stood by the vaule of my trade in and showed me how to set up the connection from my phone to the truck. The Finance manager, Carol explained all the financing options really well. I would recommend Trilakes Ford to any one looking for a vehicle!

Comment : Absolutely terrible experience. Worked a deal with a sales associate but had to wait until the following day for a trade evaluation as the sales manager was out, ok no big deal. The next day the price of the new Bronco INCREASED by $11k. No explanation, no apology, no resolution. Sales Manager did not care. Would give them a 0 Star if possible. BUYER BEWARE!!!
