Comment : I was having issues with my engine stalling out, so I brought my vehicle to Transmission & Engine Pros in Parma for diagnosis and repair. Nick and his team quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away.
This is an excellent shop with great service. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with engine or transmission problems!

Comment : I just want to express my gratitude and appreciation for this place. Came in with my daughter because I thought I needed a new turbo for my car and it wouldn?t hold any antifreeze. He looked at It promptly and come to find out my coolant line was dis attached ??. He (Nicholas) promptly reattached it and made sure it was safe for me and my daughter to drive back home, ( no charge!) oh and turns out, turbo is fine. 5 stars ?? thank you soo much!

Comment : I want to say Nick has done an amazing job with thoroughly
explaining the issues with my Malibu. Coming from someone who knows nothing about cars he really helped me understand the issues that were going on. This shop provides excellent customer service they keep you updated through the time they are working on your car! I didn?t feel like a pay check to this shop i felt like they really want to help me be safe on the road. Nick also applied my AAA discount to help me out with the payment which i really appreciated! ? Five stars for the team at Transmission Engine Pros. I had a major rear differential issue on my MKZ AWD, and they handled it with total professionalism- they even sourced a used part for me.
?The quality of the work is outstanding—my car is back to being perfectly quiet on the road. It is no surprise they’ve been in Parma since 1984; they provide high-quality, honest work that you can actually hear (or in this case, not hear!).If you’re in Parma or the Cleveland area and want a shop that is honest, resourceful, and does top-tier work, this is the place!

Comment : I went to another mechanic who installed a new Clutch Kit for my 2013 Kia Soul. However, I could not shift my Vehicle into Reverse or First Gear. I called Todd and He said bring it by and We will diagnose it. Todd and His Staff determined that my Vehicle needed a new Slave Cylinder for the Clutch to work properly. I am so pleased..My Soul shifts like New!!!

Comment : TEP fixed the clutch on my car about a month ago, and they did a fantastic job. They fully replaced my clutch and did some other maintenance as well, all while sticking with their original price. All things considered, the repairs were completed in a timely manner and the car drives significantly better. They even explained to me what caused the damages and showed me the point of failure after the fact. Very good service!!
