Comment : The auto tech, Kyle, was very determined to solve my issue on my 2021 Chevy Silverado. He spent a good two hours diagnosing, trying to pinpoint a fuel issue causing the engine to occasionally run rough. The front office kept me updated throughout yhe process. I also had the engine oil changed while in the service bay...at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend TransCraft Automotive for truck and car repair.

Comment : I took a tire in today for my niece. I explained that she didn't have the money for a new tire. They fixed the tire that had several leaks for a wreck. Great service!!!

Comment : This shop TransCraftAutomitive is great to work with. They repaired a transmission issue that other shop couldn't find. I had my truck towed and within 2 hours they found the problem and took the right measures for repairs. I live alone and didn't have transportation they pick me up within 30 minutes. That's going above and beyond service requirements that other shops can or won't do. I'll have my repairs done TransCraftAutomitive. Thanks again for your service. Tim

Comment : Nothing I say is enough to truly express the amazing and quality service I received. I was several hundred miles from home with several hundred to go and they took me in immediately, helped me with my issue and gave me peace of mind to finish my trip knowing I was safe. They were knowledgeable and transparent, even taking me into the shop to show and explain what was happening. All of this with smiling customer service beyond any I’ve ever experienced. I am eternally grateful.

Comment : Went in for an ASE check to make sure all is well mechanically before getting my van modified for wheelchair lift. Everyone was very respectful, friendly, & helpful. Waiting area is very clean & nice as well. Everything was done in a reasonable amount of time & any questions I had, we're answered. I highly recommend this shop & will go back for anything I need done in future!
