Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I thought I wrote a review a long time ago but I guess not, back in October I was on my way from upstate NY to northern Utah. I was about halfway through my trip, 17 or more hours from anyone I knew, I happened to break down on the side of I-70 at midnight. I got towed and asked them to take me to the nearest recommended local shop, that wasn't trackside. Booked a motel for the night and showed up there as soon as they opened explaining my situation, they said they were busy and couldn't help me for another week, didn't even look under my hood. I called Trackside and Jason answered, I explained my situation and he was immediately empathetic and understanding of my dicey situation, he even helped get my vehicle across town from the other shop to his shop at no charge, this was really helpful as I wasn't eager to pay another tow bill. We arrived to the shop at about 11am, and he said he had someone else to take care of first, but that he'd look at my car after, later in the evening I did in fact recieve a call from Jason regarding my car. The issue was simple thankfully, but super dire if not addressed, I had practically ran out of oil, it was unexpected as I hadn't been due for an oil change for another 200 miles, but ultimately preventable on my end, and he reminded me of the importance of simple care and maintenance. By the next day around noon he gave me a call, he had finished checking for potentional damage and doing a full oil replacement, and thoroughly tested the vehicle himself to make sure it was in good shape, even showing me an oil sample he took to show that the engine likely didn't sustain major damage. Jason brought my vehicle to me, I took another night to rest, and by the next morning I was off to Utah and made it there with no more issues.
It won't go unmentioned that Jason was very thorough whenever discussing my vehicle with me, and made sure I was in clear understanding. He was empathetic and really did everything he could to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. We got to know each other over the course of a couple days, and he even invited me to have a drink and dinner with him whenever I pass through again! I can't recommend Trackside enough, my trip would have went very differently without them!

Comment : This guy knows what you need.He's not just relying on experience , which these guys have plenty of , They are equipped with the latest Updated Diagnostics and they know how to use them like a professional should.Whatever these guys charge will be the absolute least amount, it is my belief , Jason wants to please people who appreciate His quality of workmanship. If you need Major Repairs to your vehicle, Jason and Dave are your guys.
