Comment : Staff was arrogant and rude. They let my car sit all day without calling me. I dropped my car off at 10am. Once they finally called me at 4:30pm, told me that I didn't check in and nothing was done to my car. When I dropped off my car, I was told to have a seat and someone would be calling me. I waited for 1-1/2 hours then I asked them to shuttle me back to work. I kept calling the service department and they never answered the phone. The manager that called me at 4:30 hung up on me when I questioned why nobody called me. This was the worst experience I've had by far!
