Comment : Call and ask about my truck if it was under warranty because I notice power steering fluid leak and powersteering pump was full of oil and dirt and they said I had to get a diagnostic done costumer service agent said if theres was something wrong with my truck that the diagnosis were not be charge so when ahead and schedule oppoiment just for them to tell me theres was a leak they just did not know were was the leak which i had told them that my truck was leaking after doing my visual inspection my main problem and question was plain and simple when i ask if its was under warranty do to an oil leak from the power steering pump or components the service agent should told me that the warranty was expired if it was from the powersteering system and not made me think it was under warranty and that the fees for the diagnostic were going to be waived if the truck had mechanical problems. I have had issues with Riverside Toyota from Almost purchasing a truck overprice by 5,000
From taking it to get service and then finding out that they switch my license plate frame for their own which said Riverside Toyota and which i did not buy there for the reason it was over price 5,000 i Dont Reccomend This Dealer to Anyone they are Not youre Freinds they are there to overprice and take advantage of people i highly dont trust them and wont be going back and for the people be really careful when they say anything because they know when they can get you they will just to upsell their Sales it costs money to keep cars on the lot with no sales and shure enough this is where they make money on $190 diagnostic just to tell me something i already know and plus they did not tell me exactly were the problem was they said i have to take it back so they can recheck what of waist of time and money after there going to tell me yes its leaking from the steering system and that will be 1,500 when people know about cars they seem to look at you in a way that they know i am not spending 1,500 for that powersteering leak to get fix iam sure that this is not the frist truck they see this happens to its a common problem on this truck just they think people dont know well i advise the people to be careful and dont even take youre vehicle there for service what the dealer knows other shops know and for a better price it all starts from when you purchase a viecle already getting Scam with overprice deals and wait for all this coverages finance wants to sale you
