Comment : Just purchased a Toyota Tundra at Toyota of New Orleans. What a great experience! No pressure, no hassles, no problems. Nina Davis is a rockstar sales consultant and she made the buying experience very pleasant right from the start! She’s extremely friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Mike Edwards was a great General Sales Manager and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Kevin O’Brien made the financial end of the deal very easy as he explained the warranty options in detail. Finally, there were two other individuals that I wanted to give a shout out but unfortunately I don’t remember their names. The nice woman in the Maintenance Service team and the young man who patiently explained all the truck electronics and features to me. What a great buying experience at Toyota of New Orleans!

Comment : The seller was great her name Ashton she was very nice. The car we purchased had an oil leak or drain plug issue where she had to bring the vehicle back several times.
The people there was nice and the problem was resolved.

Comment : I walked in knowing what I wanted and walked out with exactly what I went in for! Experience was great from the salesperson (Dorian) to the finance manager (Mr. O’Brien…I think). And the entire transaction was handled within 2 hours or less.
