Comment : The service the first time was great. I went in for a oil change on a Saturday and it was horrible. The gentleman that changed my oil had Oil/Grease on his clothes and it transferred to my leather seats. The service lady in the office was very rude, NO PROFESSIONALISM and act as if it wasn't there. I have made several attempts to contact someone, but everyone that answers phone put me on hold. Answer phone Toyota!!! Poor customer service!!The service the first time was great. Comment : Upon arrival the service technician met me at my car and asked what service I needed. The shuttle drove me to my destination so I didn t waste time waiting. When I arrived back my car was ready. The checklist of work was explained to me and my car ran beautifully.
