Comment : Worst experience I have ever had OWNING this truck. It has been in the shop since July 9th. Everything was diagnosed apparently claiming they know exactly, what was wrong with it after the 3rd time taking it. The part the vehicle needed was not ordered until September 16th. Now the part is there and I am being told the vehicle wont be worked on until Wednesday. I don't Understand why. It is not my problem their tech isn't there. I am very disappointed about this whole. NEVER AGAIN.

Comment : Checked ahead they weren’t too busy today so I went for a service. When arrived, properly greeted and truck taken to back. Doug assured me that I’d probably be in and out within hr. Mind you they looked to be moving good & I thought my truck was about to be finished next.

It was dropped off 12:50 ish pm. Courtney came and got me (which I thought my truck was finished) at 1:50 ish pm. He proceeded to tell me that my truck had been sitting in the back that whole hr that they didn’t know what to do with it. He assured me to ask for him and he said would get me taken care of in 30 mins (he delivered from that point).

About 2:30 pm, got back with Mr. Doug (to check out) mind you there was charges on my bill to services not rendered ( in which he removed). This was a lot considering just an oil change. Mind u I need other services done, though I will continue to look elsewhere.
When asking about my truck in the process, no one seemed to have a clue what was going on (except the person taking my money).

When I asked how low my oil was, they said I don’t know I guess it needed to be changed. Mind you I needed some codes reset on my vehicle as well (some other lights came on) though I was told I would have to go next door to do that.

Mind you when they run your card, they make you do it twice for security purposes (so make sure it doesn’t flag your card). Doug was shocked at the sitting on my vehicle but this is not feasible.

Comment : Toyota of Jackson is the definition of 5 star service. Corwin Lawson made my sales experience seamless and even delivered it to Metairie, Louisiana.. I can’t think you guys enough for excellent service.

Comment : The salesman I worked with, Reed, was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I had no issues with him whatsoever. The finance guy, Jason, was apparently your typical sleazy dealership worker, as he slipped a 4k warranty into my paperwork that was added to my loan without my knowledge. He very briefly explained how long the warranty lasts (as if it was included for free/already active), but the price, details of warranty, and copy of the policy number/policy details were never spoken/given to me. This warranty is able to be cancelled (lucky for them), but takes several weeks and multiple annoying automated phone calls to get there. I tried to give him the benefit of doubt and get him on the phone, he was even given my number directly and told to call me. I was never called back to discuss this. Careful what you sign here, I'd probably just go elsewhere, definitely refuse to work with Jason.

Comment : Oil changes are expensive and they offer you these other expensive services that you don’t need but make you think you do. As a woman, it’s easy to get talked into paying for an expensive service that another mechanic can do a lot cheaper. I have learned to ask my mechanic before letting Toyota do anything extra to my RAV4.

Comment : Toyota of Jackson was the only honest place when I was looking for a car for my daughter and grandson. No bait and switch like other dealerships. I was assisted by three different gentleman for the same reason and all three were professional.
When I sold the 2017 Toyota Corolla, the buyer wanted a professional to review the car. I took the car back to Toyota of Jackson and received a rave reviews. The car is still in great shape after 4 years.
