Comment : I called the day before and asked them to make sure they had my specific battery. I went the next day and after waiting 2 1/2 hours, I checked with service rep to make sure they weren't just charging the battery. The last time I went in, they said the battery was fine and just needed charging. The service rep said they had to go get the battery and it would take a few minutes. I returned to customer waiting area and it has been 3 1/2 hours. I was here 5 hours the last time I was here. Every time I go there, the customers in the waiting room grumble about long wait times. I guess with cost cutting they have a limited of technitians.
Ended up a 4 hour wait. I am trying somewhere else next time. I have two toyotas.

Comment : Unauthorized Credit Pull – No Application, No Permission

I placed a cash order through Driveway.com for a vehicle from Toyota of Jackson on 2/19/2023 and canceled the very next day. I never submitted a credit application, never gave verbal or written consent, and yet they still pulled a hard inquiry on my credit report.

When I questioned it, the response from the dealership was essentially:

“Because we can.”

Let that sink in.

Driveway confirmed in writing that no credit application was ever submitted on my behalf. Yet someone at Toyota of Jackson accessed my credit report without permission, which is a clear violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

I've filed a formal complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. If this is how they handle your personal information on a simple cash inquiry, imagine what happens when you actually hand over your SSN.

🚫 Be careful. Check your credit after dealing with this dealership — and maybe steer clear entirely.

Comment : It was an expedient service. And I can appreciate that.

Although the tires had not been adjusted and I had to return on the following day, I wasn’t to happy about that.

But a nice guy named Terrence checked and inflated all tires to perfection.

Comment : Bobby was not only super funny, but pleasant… as well as the entire staff. He definitely delivered and I left the dealership in about 2 hours in my dream car!
