Comment : Let me start off by saying me and my wife both get new vehicles every 2 years, we are not strangers to dealerships or making business deals. However i have been talking with Reed the salesman for 2 days on a vehicle trying to work a deal on a prius. I agreed to the numbers sent my credit appplication and had my wife leave work early because the salesman said they would wait for us. Again i take pulling my credit and mine & my wifes time very serious. i was already on the road and messaged the salesman to inform him the time we would be there (wich we already discussed hours before coming that it would be around this time) Only for them to cancel last minute. They should not have pulled my dang credit if they wont honor the deal we made and wait for me to get there. I have probably bought over 40+ vehicles for myself and my wife over the years and probably 25+ being from dealers. i have never encountered someone like this to waste mine and my wifes time. Here i am stuck with credit impacts and no vehicle now because they will not do what they originally said they would do and are deciding to close early. look elsewhere guys theres a reason the dealership has 4.4 stars.

Comment : Used car director Billy Welch is so rude and doesn?t know the basics of how to take care of customers. If he is your ?used car director?, then good luck with your sales ?? Absolutely rude behavior! No wonder Gray Daniels Toyota is rated way better than these folks! Go to Gray Daniel?s Toyota and avoid this unprofessional place!

Comment : I don't know why they have sales people. They can't make a decision. I price of the vehicle was advertised as one price and another once I got there. The manager came out a showed me paperwork that had a higher price but was marked down to the price on the sticker. To me that is misrepresentation of a product. He was rude and condescending.
I will never do business with Toyota of Jackson again and I URGE everyone to take their business else where. You will be happy you did.
