Comment : Hi. I checked under the hood after taking the veh for recommended check. Found that the washer fluid had not been filled/top-off. This is part of the service package is it not? Makes me wonder if they did any tire rotation or oil change? If the tech had looked under the hood he/she would have noticed something that I recently found out and he/she would have made a recommendation. Disappointed clearly.

Comment : Lazy workers didn't wan to help me out wish a oils change. because I didn't have a appointment and I arrived their to late according to them. I arrived at 3 pm apparently that's too late be helped by them. There technicians leave at 4 pm. Idk about you but everyone know it takes like 15 minutes to do an oil change.

Comment : I got what I was looking for and with no unnecessary add ons (except what I asked for). I had a no stress experience that was actually pleasant. I was done with my purchase in less than an hour. (I was pre approved though).
