Comment : I had an excellent experience working with Javier at Toyota of Glendale. Going into the process, I honestly did not think I would be approved due to my credit situation, and I was prepared for the possibility of leaving without a vehicle.

However, Javier and his team were able to make it work. Throughout the entire process, Javier was professional, patient, and respectful. He never made me feel judged and took the time to clearly explain all my options, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.

His transparency and dedication truly stood out. What I appreciated most was his genuine effort to help me find a solution rather than simply make a sale. Thanks to his hard work, I was able to leave with a vehicle I love and terms I did not think were possible.

Comment : Overall experience Carlos and Eric were awesome and knowledgeable in the Camry my wife purchased from there.
The negotiation of the deal was little tough at the beginning but after all the offer was accepted.
Some other dealers wouldn’t even consider negotiating with us.
We’re very pleased with the offer and car, and the way we were treated.
Definitely would recommend this Dealer to anyone looking for a new Toyota.
