Comment : Toyota of Fayetteville is the best auto dealership I have ever dealt with. For several years, I have driven 30 miles (one way) for their service department. When I recently needed a new car, I turned to them once again. I was not disappointed; in fact, I am delighted with their sales department! I dealt with Chris, who approached sales the way I believe is best - asked questions to find out what we were looking for and needing in our next vehicle. Then Chris took steps to deliver our perfect car. He assisted us every step of the way and made car buying simple. After I got the car of my dreams, he tinted the windows which made the vehicle look amazing. Best dealership ever!

I had an exceptional experience with Honda, and a huge part of that was thanks to my salesman, Dustin Tran. From the moment I walked in, Dustin set the gold standard for what a customer experience should be.

Dustin is incredibly knowledgeable, he didn’t just rattle off features, he actually took the time to understand what I needed and explain options in a clear, confident, no-pressure way. You can tell he truly knows the Honda lineup inside and out, and more importantly, he cares about matching customers with the right vehicle and not just making a sale.

The entire process was smooth, transparent, and surprisingly enjoyable (which says a lot for car buying). Dustin was patient, professional, and proactive every step of the way, answering questions before I even had to ask them. I never felt rushed or upsold—just supported and well-informed.

If you’re considering a Honda, do yourself a favor and ask for Dustin Tran. He’s the kind of salesperson who builds trust, delivers value, and makes you want to come back for your next car. Honda is lucky to have him, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
