Comment : The friendly associate met me as I drove in and quickly took my information about the work needed. He let me know there was still time before the oil change was due, but I asked him to go ahead and do it now. He also let me know that my tires would be rotated...glad aed bout that. He said it would take about an hour. Finally, he asked if I would like the car washed after service was done. Yes, I said because I was going to get it washed afterward anyway and that saved me the cost of washing it. Every little bit helps in this economy. I didn't write my associate's name down, but he was very helpful and came to let me know they were done. Seemed like less than an hour. I was well pleased with the service.
