Comment : Scott the Assistant Service Manager is always helpful and competent, plus he's a car person. Once or twice I've felt the service rep (not Scott) was trying to upsell me stuff I could do myself but it's understandable. Overall, they do a great job and the inspection checklist is very helpful to keep on eye on maintenance items.
