Comment : Your Point Of Sale system needs improvement. I hadn't even paid for a service plan and was required to complete a return form with my signature just because I changed my mind. This is completely unnecessary! And it wasted so much paper.

Comment : Chill friendly service center. No pushy sales for more services or hidden charges like other dealerships (i.e. free tire rotation with your oil change but the oil change price is $40 over other dealerships).

Comment : Shilo Dawn has accommodated all of my families needs. I have three Toyota's and all of them are now serviced at Toyota of Santee. Since working with him every concern is addressed, every phone call is answered and or responded to. I cannot say that about the service center up the road (EC). Main reason I switched. Comment : Switched from Toyota of El Cajon to Toyota of Santee and saved 1,500-dollars on regular maintenance servicing. Even sold us a battery that was needed.
