Comment : You may get nervous when going into a dealership, but not here. Everyone was super helpful, friendly, and down to earth. Tim Jones went above and beyond for me, and I'm so thankful his help. Britney Plowman took the time to come and explain the features of the vehicle and was super helpful with getting me comfortable with the vehicle before leaving. Overall a great experience. I recommend buying here not just because of the great prices and great service, but because of the great people that work here.

Comment : Super super professional. Bought a jeep compass from them noticed later that the key was messed up and there was a service light on. Came back and they fixed it for me super professional would buy from again. Super flexible on prices

Comment : I bought a Civic from Tim Jones in 2015, and every year since then, he has wished me happy birthday and checked in periodically to make sure the car was still running well. When it came time to get something else, there was no question who I wanted to buy from. He's super friendly and makes the whole process hassle-free. In addition to Tim, every staff member I interacted with was so nice and helpful. I cannot recommend Townsend Honda enough!

Comment : My wife and I just bought our first Honda from Townsend Honda. We were encouraged by our daughter with the customer service and sales staff when our daughter bought her Honda there. Our salesman, Tim Jones was very helpful in showing us the different trim levels of the Pilot and kept in touch with us when we were unable to find the specific colors of exterior and interior that we wanted, and our vehicle had to be ordered. I will say that all of the staff that we encountered from the front office, sales, financing and prepping areas were incredibly friendly and helpful. I must give a shout out to Raheim, who Kindly showed us the features of our new car. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different functions and features and made sure to Help us get our cell phones connected before we ever pulled off the parking lot. We will definitely be using Townsend Honda for my vehicle purchases in the future.
