Comment : So I’ve unfortunately had a few collisions in the last 10 years. All sporadic. Hit 2 deer with one car and 2 accidents on one car within 2 weeks of each other that were not my fault and then one recently that was due to weather (snow). Even though these are crappy situations.. I’ve used townline to fix my vehicles and they come back the same way as if I just bought it off the lot.

In those times I’ve been treated with respect and as if I was family. I’ve known everyone in townline for over 10 years and I would recommend them to anyone far and wide. They do things the right way and I don’t know anyone that would want it any other way.

All and all thank you townline for taking care of my 2020 rav 4 and making sure it is safe for my wife and 6 month old baby to be in.

Comment : This shop did an excellent job repairing the damage from a recent collision on my two-year old mid-sized car! They coordinated everything with the insurance company and kept me informed throughout the process. The car was delivered in excellent condition and was cleaned inside and out, which I really appreciate. Safety systems were calibrated just as with the dealer. I would definitely use them again.

Comment : Three times we have had the unfortunate circumstance to hit a deer. My wife twice in her car and once with mine. All 3 times Townline has taken very good care of us. They are super friendly and extremely helpful. Repairs to my wife?s car was done quickly and the paint work was top notch. Can?t even tell where the hits were. Sadly my Jeep was deemed a total loss. However the staff at Townline helped me through the process and made it much easier.

I will continue to use Townline Auto for all our vehicles. Friendly, helpful and honest team here!

Comment : They passed my vehicle, didn't try to say it needed wiper blades that it didn't like last year however left the tire screen for pressure up and never mentioned the tires were all low or offered to take care of it.
