Comment : Everyone that I've encountered at Town Hill Auto is very pleasant and accommodating. I broke down on the highway and AAA towed me here, I decided to not go through with engine diagnostics and called AAA to tow me out the next day. Despite my decision to not have my car looked at, the mechanics and office staff all checked on me while I waited for my tow. I may take a trip back here if I decide to get a used vehicle just because of how genuinely caring the staff was to me even though I was not technically a customer. Thank you again to the staff. It was a breath of fresh air during a really difficult time.

Comment : Service was completed in a timely manner and Scott has worked with my wife and I on multiple vehicles. No matter the issue we’ve always had wheels and there’s always a solution. We have three cars through town hill and I would recommend them to anyone.

Comment : Awesome experience! I was on my way back to Philly when my car started giving me trouble. Tyler and his team were kind enough to squeeze me and get me taken care of. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it efficiently, for a fair price and got this weary traveler back on the road and home in time for Monday night football! Super pleased!

Comment : Scott, Tyler and the rest of the team are always ready to explain necessary maintenance issues/repairs in a way that I can understand. I don’t feel that unnecessary work is being added to inflate my bill like I have felt at other garages. I especially like their flexibility to pick my vehicle up at my work. The quality of the work and repairs to my vehicle has kept my 10 year old vehicle running like new. I highly recommend Town Hill Auto and Service Department.

Comment : BE AWARE! They almost charged me $100 just to look at my car and they didn’t tell me before or at all that I would be charged. Then they tried to overprice the job by hundreds! They literally said it would cost almost a $1000 just to do a tiny patch on my brake lines. Not even fully replacing them. Never go here. They have no respect and horrible prices.
