Comment : Staff was professional and got to my car quickly, but the diagnostic fee was extreme. The final quote was over 2 times what other places were charging, so I did not get my car fixed here. Will not use again.

Comment : I've had to have 2 vehicles worked on since we started going to Total True Automotive on Landa, in New Braunfels, and the entire process for both was great. From the scheduling to the pick-up, the process has been easy and the staff have been great. Have already recommended them to family members, as well.

Comment : Very nice, professional service team. My car has alot of miles on it, so I appreciated the inspection report that gave me a breakdown of things that needed attention in order of priority. I was impressed by the cleanliness of their shop. My car runs like a new car! It was expensive, but it always is.
