Update: ZERO Stars = I have used this shop many times in the past with excellent results and very fair price and very honest people. I must report what I would consider to be a dishonest up-sale practice.

I was quoted 1500.00 for replacement of a defective power steering pump and fluid lines on a 2004 GMC Yukon 2WD.

I am a helicopter mechanic, pilot, and I have rebuild many vehicles and motorcycles, so know my way around a machine. I decided to do the work myself with my son. We found an abrasion leak on the return line. I spent $1.12 and total labor time was 35 minutes.

Also, I had suspected up-selling a few times prior, but I only assumed they where trying to "look out" for my best interest.

Being less than truthful is the same as lying and being intentionally misleading.

Consumers beware. I'm very sorry to Total True but ya'll should take some accountability.
