Comment : Spent about 400/500$ to get an issue fixed on my vehicle only for the same issue to pop up a month later. I called them to see if they would be willing to look at my vehicle again, since it was the same engine code & was told that I would have to pay again to get it rediagnosed. Completely insane. Definitely will not be returning.

Comment : Total True Landa did a great job on my repair. They did everything they could to accommodate me and help me when my truck broke down. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and replaced an AC belt during my alternator replacement, because of their own mistake. I must say I am impressed they did this for us, knowing we need help. It is greatly appreciated, and the staff is very nice and friendly. I couldn’t ask for better, honestly. They are fair, transparent, quick, friendly, communicative and respectful. They also offer AAA discount which pretty much paid for my AAA membership in savings. Overall, I would definitely recommend this repair shop to family and friends.

The team was incredibly thorough in assessing my vehicle—not only did they address the issue I came in for, but they also performed a full inspection to catch anything else that might need attention. They took the time to clearly explain every finding and walked me through my options without any pressure. I really appreciated their transparency and how they made sure I fully understood what was going on.

Their customer service was top-notch —friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. They got the work done in a timely manner, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly. It’s rare to find this level of care and integrity. Highly recommend!
