Comment : Called to see if they could service my Bmw and was told ? oh yeah we got you covered we have worked on Bmws before? well shot story they had youtube on their side. When I received my car back the left all the covers to my engine loose so when next time I opened my hood I got to see all my cover slung across my engin bay, this caused my insulation to melt all over my engine causing other issues down in my alternator. They left the inside of my car disgusting to the point that my steering wheel was caked up in so much grime that I thought they took a serrated edge to it. They didn't reprogram my car like your supposed to when you get a new battery in a Bmw. Overall if you have easy to work on projects and don't care about cleanliness or things working 100% after going to this macanic then these are your people.

Comment : I have nothing but good things to say about Total True Automotive Landa. I had a flat tire and actually went to firestone across the street but I waited there for an hour and half at 7am. No one ever showed up. Being that it was on a work day I was already aggravated about the situation. Well I went across the street to Total True Automotive Landa and they took me in right away without an appointment. David was very understanding of my situation and took care of everything. I?ll definitely be coming back here! Thank you David. I?ll never go back to firestone.

Comment : Was scammed by another mechanic so was looking for a trustworthy place. My Envoy was running rough, so they did their inspection. Said the rotors where bad, as well as the fuel sensor. I told them to replace both. They were going to charge 1500. But, then, they called back, and said the (previously working fine) calipers "locked up" when they were changing the rotors, and would be 700 MORE. And, they vehicle couldn't run without it.
I will never come back. From one scam to another. They will cover themselves..."Oh this was a bad part" Well, then they should have seen that. Do not come here.

Comment : Wonderful experience with Nick! From be able to make an appointment online to pick up my car the following day. He explain in detail and in importance the total condition of my car giving me the data for me to decide what to fix at the moment according to my budget. Communication was great and my car is now purrrring.
