Comment : This shop provides excellent service at reasonable prices. Ken, the owner, is unfailing polite and friendly, and Fernando, the shop manager, always remembers my name and that of my wife, and details about our cars. We always get clear explanations of what work they recommend, and they make sure we understand and agree to the cost before they do the work. They ve been accommodating and helpful, dependable and professional, and they ve gone out of their way to help us when we were in a jam. Comment : Total Automotive provides honest, affordable and fast service. I recently took in my car bc Jiffy Lube told me I needed new brakes. Total Auto looked at my car and let me know that everything was actually ok. They easily could have charged me for new brakes. This kind of honesty is priceless.
