Comment : My Daughter's boyfriend took his car to them had it 3 days to change an alternator didn't do it an changed the back up camera that wasn't why it was there plus the camera was working befor ???? So he got his car an now is taking it to a Dealership to have it fixed. Stay away from this place i have had my own problems with this shop as well an I recommend anyone if you have to push your vehicle past the place.

Comment : Was visiting to go off roading for a week and on our way out of town, we blew a booster hose. This family dropped everything they had going on to get our hose fixed when the part couldnt be located within an hour radius of their shop. They even called places on our 6 hour drive path to have the part placed on hold for us incase the fix didn't hold. 10/10 on customer service. Such a stressful situation was put at ease because of them.

Comment : Had a tire that was slowly leaking air went to them on a Friday they said it was not sealed to the rim so they did it. Well it was still leaking air after that turns out there was a small nail in the tread, but i couldn’t get ahold of anyone til Monday and I live in Georgia so I had to get back for work. I called and they didn’t hesitate to refund my money to me regardless of me not being able to bring my car in. Im from Harlan and it’s good to see that it still has good people that live there. Thank you.

Comment : 2018 Toyota blew a brake line and This place was fantastic. Nothing but a great experience all the way around. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Comment : Everytime they fixed my vehicle some thing else would tear up just a couple days after I got it back. And it was always really expensive to get that fixed and it still isn't fixed

Comment : Worst experience ever! Made an appointment for a Tuesday at 8 am. They had the car 3 days before got the estimate. Took another 3 days to make repairs. Got it back drove it for a total of 4 hours and the repair did not correct the issue plus several other issues arose. Called the next morning and they said bring it back asap. They kept the car another 15 days. They called and said the car was ready only to get 2 miles down the road to find it was fixed. We will never use this repair shop again.
