Comment : I am very satisfied with the service i received at Tony’s. I have never been so relieved that my car decided to die at such a warm environment. I was traveling when lights started flashing in my car, I got off the freeway and ended up at Tony’s. They didn’t know if they could get me in, but me and my service dog were welcome to sit in shop as they assessed my issue. They had me fixed and on the road three hours laster. Joe was amazing at relieving my stress and Maria was super helpful and friendly. I might just drive to twin falls to get my oil changed there from now on. ( I live three hours away)

Comment : Took a while to write this, thinking what to say. Paid for a detail on my daily driver farm pickup and was disappointed with detail. Within a week of getting the detail, the heater, ac, fan switches on my dash quit working. My mechanic said that it looked like the electronic part of the switches had gotten wet. I would guess the moisture came from the detail. The part I needed to fix the pickup was on backorder. The part finally came in and I paid the bill today. I paid a bill for over $1300 to fix the part that was ruined by excess moisture from the detail.

Comment : Big mistake..I was told that certain flat spots in the clear coat can and would be buffed out..they had the car from 8:30 am until 4:45 pm.. when I came to pick up my car, my wife and I did a walk around and really were disappointed in the workmanship.. the women who I gave payment to was rude and combative.. the price quated was $175.00..she reduced the price to $150.00.. discover card says they charged us $155.00.. I'll never return and strongly urge anyone to shop around first.. good luck 👍

Comment : Actually vehicle service was good.

Very disappointed that service person went through storage compartment in my vehicle that were not anywhere near or associated with the service being done.

I highly recommend for the service. I strongly advise to remove anything with personal information beyond the required registration from the vehicle before turning it over for service

Comment : Outstanding customer service from my first call to inquire about Tony's, to my drive home in a better ride. The phone is the front line for many businesses and Rick was the guy for me! He shared pertinent information, kept costs as low as possible & distinguished their business from just "shops" who we know don't care in today's world. Rick answered my many questions while explaining the parts we needed & the difference between the aftermarket and the OEM products and let us know his crew was the best in town while (not disparaging others in the community). They completed multiple jobs and did it while staying under our predicted budget. We are grateful and extremely pleased with an outstanding job. Oh, and Daniel...the engine bay looks great!! Thank Jesse for the taxi service and the crew for all they did for Pearl!! YAY!! We found our mechanic!!!
