Comment : Like most dealership, Tony Volkswagen was priced on the high end. Nonetheless, I wanted to get an oil change there so they could check my car I just purchased over for anything I should be aware of.

They gave a me a laundry list of problems to be on the look out for. No problem, that is what I wanted.

First thing on the list was the ac and engine filters need changed due to them being dirty.... I changed them both 2 days prior to this appointment...

From there it was hard for me to trust what they said.

I understand pricing at dealerships being much higher than other shops but, for instance, my car was missing two center hubcaps. They quoted $170, I ordered them on Amazon for $30. There was a 18.99 charge for shop supplies during the oil change. This was never disclosed to me, i had to ask what it was. I was informed it was a fee for everyone, to keep prices down....You can imagine the rest.

Comment : We had been waiting to complete a recall service for over a year and had a deadline to complete last week. I called service department and spoke with Serenity who got me to Michael the service manager. He got us in same morning and completed a 2 day recall service manager. He also helped us get the recall cleared electronically with the help of the warranty department. Thank you Michael, CJ and the service department team!

Comment : Terrible service, very disappointed because everthings about $$$$ and more $$$$$. Never buy a car from this dealership. Oil change $246.00. Tire to fix a nail ...$$$$. Brakes for a 2 year old brand new car with warranties I had purchased....$1,000.00.
They want to take my arm, shoulder, and looks like my whole torso as well. Rip off

Comment : Our salesperson was Tim Williams and he was awesome throughout the whole process. It took more than one visit to come to a mutual agreement with the purchase price. The whole process was no pressure, no rush, no four square, and no “this price is good for today only” tactics. Our purchase was stress free and Tim assisted us with several after purchase visits to the dealership with professionalism. Ask for Tim if you want the same service! Mahalo Tim!
