Comment : My appointment was at 11:00 am I got there at 10:45 . I told Tommy , my representative I had squeaky noise backing down my drive way. I told him my roommate who has been an auto mechanic at times in his life. He said I needed to take it in and tell them I needed a lubrication of my front end. I phone on Saturday and got an appointment at 11:00 AM on Tuesday. Tommy said autos of the year 2020 don't need lubricants but I would need a diagnostic evaluation. I said what does that cost he said $270. I said I need a diagnostic evaluation for a squeak he said yes. I said how long 2-3 hours . I said ok. I also told him I have a 2:15 appointment at Kaiser. I heard nothing at 1:30 pm I asked about how was it going. Oh the tech is still working on it. At 2:00 PM , 3 hours later I went back I said I have to go to my appointment, what's happening? 5 mins later I get a 2 page typed report very little information some lame excuse something was loose on the hood and it caused the squeak. No charge, no diagnostic report. This is my take, they forgot about my truck kept me waiting for 3 hrs and 15 minutes, because I am an older white woman they figured I was stupid. I am not I am a registered Nurse and have cared for many Hawaiians. I am not stupid and I know when I am being lied to!

Comment : I had a set appointment @815a.m for a tire change got there early around 730a.m just incase there was line. No line for sure but just to get 1 tire change i literally got out by 10a.m its ridiculous! Especially with a set appointment and to buy 1 tire for almost $400 with labor!! Ridiculous!!
