Comment : 5 star goes to salesman Ken Smiley. He helped my husband and myself get a bigger family vehicle. We traded in our 2018 Hyundai Elantra (50k miles) i might add 😉 and got us a 2025 Hyundai Sante Fe. More room for our family of 6. This five star is for YOU. You've helped us, was patient, understanding and live up to your last name...you were always smiling.

This isn't our first time with Hyundai. We purchased two vehicle with them before, this is our third. First time working with Ken. So we aren't new to working with Hyundai. We go back for the warranty, the reliability on the the vehicles and now will go back because of Ken's help!!

However, I do have to mention when we did receive our vehicle after the cleaning, the seats were still dirty. Ken did wipe it down for us before we drove off, once again awesome guy! I understand the how busy it may get at that car wash, so not gonna make a big deal, just want to mention that so it doesn't happen to some else who just purchased a new vehicle.

Comment : came to get my car serviced at 2:00 p.m. today leaving at 3:16 I had to reschedule. drove all the way from the other side of the island just to waste gas and waste my time. I cannot stay for the service because I have to go back to kahaluu/waiahole side of the island and pick up my child. Don't ever ever book on a weekday if you expect to receive timely service. The worst part is I left work early for the service... if the service department would have called me to let me know they were way back or behind schedule, I would have stayed at work to earn more gas money to come back to service my car in 2 weeks.

despite today's experience, their mechanics are great and the people who check you in are kind and courteous.

Comment : I brought my car there this past sat, It only has 36,000 miles I am the original owner . My car engine started running rough and stumbling . I towed it to my friends shop and he told me take it to the dealer because it has a 100,000 power train warranty so see if they will cover the repair . I took it to Tony Hyundai on sat and its weds now and no one has called me from the service department to tell me whats wrong with my engine and if its covered under the warranty ! I have called left messages and nothing 😡 I know to check the trouble codes on the car it takes less then 30 min . To me this is very bad customer service , I been calling off from work everyday and I am a first responder 💯 I asked for a loner they said they have none . Im very unhappy with the way they are treating me 💯😡
