Comment : I would not take your vehicle here for any suspension issues. I got into a wreck that threw my front wheel out of alignment. I took it here to get it diagnosed and they charged me 90$ just to tell me I had a bent frame. I don’t think he did anything other than just take a look at it. I then took the vehicle to another shop and they were able to give it an alignment and get it back to normal. I have a feeling it was something Devonshire just didn’t feel like dealing with. Probably a fine place to go for oil changes and brake jobs but nothing serious.

Comment : Best shop around. I always go to them for anything I want fixed or serviced correctly. They always get my cars back to quickly and it's the only place I trust to service my most expensive car.

Comment : Kept our car for two days didn't bother to call us at all. When we called they told us the engine was cracked, we were devastate. We brought it home, my wife changed the radiator and thermostat and it was good to go. Very unprofessional they could've just said they didn't want to work on it.

Comment : I called first to ask them if they could reset the sensors problem with my Accura they said sure bring it in . They called to say they were unable to fix it but put in a new battery because they couldn’t get my car started I have had no problem with the battery and they couldn’t reset the sensors . I had a bill of over 400 dollars ! And nothing was fixed . I believe I was taken . I had been there a few times but they have lost my business and I will not recommend them to my friends .

Comment : We've been going here for 4 years now and they always do a great job and give you a fair price. They are down to business and to the point which is nice! We've tried other places, but none have them have done as well as Tom's Devonshire.

Comment : I have been having issues with my car all week and I called Devonshire and explained the issue. They had me stop by and they repaired my car quickly and professionally. Charles "Turtle" fixed it thank you office Mgr Bud and Mgr Tim for getting my car taken care of.

Comment : Came back from getting groceries and my car wouldn’t start. After I got a jump I drove over here to see if they could help. They got my car right in and swapped my battery in less than 20 minutes. Overall great service and made the inconvenience a lot more tolerable. Really appreciated their time and help.
