I own a 2018 Cadillac Escalade, and once it was out of warranty, I decided I was done taking it to the dealership. I discovered Tom's Automotive Services through the Costco Auto Program. Interestingly, I grew up in San Gabriel, where they opened their original shop, so I was already familiar with the business and its history.
What a great decision it turned out to be!
Victor, who runs the shop, and his wing man, Jason, are absolutely outstanding. They're knowledgeable, professional, honest, and know the automotive business inside and out. Many of their mechanics have been with the company for over 20 years, which says a lot about the kind of business they operate.
They handle everything from routine oil changes and tire rotations, new tire to major repairs, including complete engine replacements.
When my Escalade developed a misfire in cylinder #2, we discussed the repair options. Rather than simply fixing one cylinder and potentially facing additional failures down the road, I decided replacing the engine was the better long-term investment. They handled the entire job professionally and stood behind their work.
I also had the shocks replaced, and today, with 140,000 miles on my Escalade, it drives like a brand-new vehicle!
Their pricing is fair and competitive, their workmanship is excellent, and most importantly, they stand behind everything they do.
It's refreshing to find an automotive repair shop where experience, integrity, and customer service still matter.
Victor, Jason, and the entire team at Tom's Automotive Services have earned my trust and my business. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, dependable automotive repair shop.
