Comment : I primarily go here for tire replacements. They provide better service than the tire shops. They were the only local shop that would handle my Tesla when it first came out and now they do my Rivian tires. They are always friendly, have good availability, provide quick service and keep everything clean.

Comment : I will recommend Tom?s a million times over. I started bringing my car here for service about a year ago and refuse to go anywhere else now. They?ve been so good to me. My car has needed all kinds of work, big and small. Sam and Brianna did everything they could to make my life easier with a car that was determined to make it as difficult as possible. It?s invaluable to have an honest, knowledgeable, and skilled mechanic and I definitely found that here.

Comment : I can?t believe what happened to me today. I had scheduled an appointment a few days ahead to drop off my car at 8am to get work done. The nice lady on the phone mentioned I could bring it in at 7am which I did. I mentioned that my blower motor resistor is broken which results in my heat not working in the car. I had to call around 2:30pm to ask what the status of my car was and they mentioned to me that they haven?t even looked at it yet which I said okay that?s fine. Can I come and grab it since I will be needing it back. They mentioned that they would take a look at it and basically confirmed with me that it was indeed my blower motor resistor which I already knew. They mentioned they had the part readily available because that?s a common issue, but they couldn?t fix it today because they were busy and that they close at 4:30pm when the website says 5pm. I said okay no problem I will come pick it up and pay for the ?inspection?. I go in to pay and to my surprise the charge was $140 just for them to confirm to me what I already mentioned the problem was. They said I could bring it in Monday and they gave me a quote of around $350 for labor and the part which I have no problem paying, but after reviewing the situation I will be going elsewhere. I just don?t understand and maybe it was my fault not knowing but I am just disappointed. I feel like I got scammed. $140 down the drain for no work done just to be told what I already knew what the problem was. I can?t believe it.

Comment : When I got there the front desk was really kind and helpful. They brought me out back to the garage and showed me things about my car and I love going there. They are a great mechanic to go to.
