Comment : 125 bucks to figure out diagnostics does not mean one awnser .it's never a guarantee then parts and labor come in not always with certainty. The 125 bucks scared me they think it's a censer and could be a wire then it's a new charge I think that worries me.

Comment : Jeep ran like stallion on my road trip to Acadia! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Tom’s has been my go-to garage for about 4 yrs. I left the previous garage of many yrs because the guy couldn’t wait for me to turn around to look at my ass 🤦?♀ When ownership changed hands around 2023, I hoped for the best. Tom’s Auto IS THE BEST around!!! Dave employs knowledgeable women & kept mechanics when he took over. Dave has been a business man for 30 yrs and HE KNOWS what works! Tom’s won’t do work without your consent on their quote either.

Comment : These guys did an oil change on my car a few months back. They put the wrong oil filter in, causing it to break and not function properly. This is extremely unprofessional and DANGEROUS. Inexcusable mistake that should NEVER have happened. Will not be returning here for anything in the future. I do not recommend Tom's Automotive.

Nobody wants to spend money but at least you know you’re gonna get a fair deal and most importantly the job done right. Comment : amazing experience here. I have a pretty old car that I'm just fixing enough to run so when I hear a weird noise I try to go in ASAP. I called toms and they got me in early the next morning, found the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes and fixed it for super cheap!!! I'm a student at Fitchburg State so I try to keep car expenses minimal and they absolutely helped with that. will be back for any other car troubles, thank you!!!
