Comment : I took my car to ATY Auto because it was driving funny. Was told I needed a new transmission and I was going to get a call on sat which was the next day and I had to call just to be told the place for the quote wasn't open. OK coo I understand that I was told I was going to get a call back on Moday and after not getting a call I called 2 neither time no answer so I left a message the second time. I called back and this old black guy picked up I remember his voice from being in the shop he made it seem like I lied about calling and had an attitude and then hung up on me. I have been going to this shop for years but I don't do bad customers service so I'll be taking my service elsewhere.I took my car to ATY Auto because it was driving funny. Comment : Helpful heads up - they have you sign a disclaimer stating they are not responsible for any loss or damages while working on your vehicle. I read that and left. No thanks.

Comment : Went to this establishment two times and they noticed that I was a young female customer so I was ripped off. Please read the fine print it???s very small but important. And the employees there gain nothing by being honest with customers. This business is expensive and dishonest. Would never come back. Get your Maryland state inspection at Marathon in Glasglow Maryland! Comment : Went to this location to get re-inspected. The owner and employees are very dishonest and dismissive. The service was terrible as the owner spoke back and forth with me over me being upset about the business not being upfront about what's required for a re-inspection. Would never go here again. Ive been to better businesses but to was promoted to go here since it's closer to me. I truly regret it. never again. Please save your time and money, don't give it to people who don't give a flip.

Comment : I do not recommend this business to anyone. I was recently ripped off by this shop. I went there because my car was experiencing acceleration issues. I was told by Henry that my car did not have any oil and that my battery terminals were loose and that they had to do an oil change and secure the battery termials before my vehicle could be checked and get a diagnostic. I was charged $370 as way of ripping me off. I was told by Henry that the Mechanic checked the vehicle and rode the vehicle 70 miles per hour in route 301 high way and no acceleration issue was detected. I picked up my vehicle from AYT and was not able to drive it not even 50 feet away from AYT because my car did not accelerate and I ended up stranded in the middle of the street and nearly had a massive accident from the incoming traffic. My husband became very upset for their lock of professionalism and spoke to Henry whom disrespected my husband and I in a very disrispecful shouting match because he did not wanted to be accountable for his negligence. Overall that place is a complete scam where they deceive customers and their only intentions is to deceive and rip off anyone that enters their shop. My family and I have decided never to go to AYT agin.

Comment : I took my car to Tommy for a Maryland inspection and I was half a day late for a reinspection and they charged me the price for an original inspection. I know rules are rules but what happened to humanity!! Half a day late is crazy!
