Comment : I came into this shop about a week ago and had a really uncomfortable experience. While I was there, I noticed other customers being charged prices that were obviously much higher than what they should've been paying. It felt like people were being taken advantage of. What really sealed it for me was the manager, Henry. He quoted my friend one price for a repair, then when I came in later with the same car needing the same work, he quoted me significantly higher. That alone speaks volumes. I left and got another opinion elsewhere, which confirmed my concerns. I won't be returning and strongly recommend getting a second quote before agreeing to anything here.

Comment : I was driving home from work when my tire pressure light suddenly came on. I stopped to add air and discovered a large bolt stuck in my tire. I immediately panicked, especially since I had a trip planned early the next morning. I pulled into AYT Auto around 4:35pm right before closing and they welcomed me in without hesitation. Even though they close at 5:00pm, the team took care of my tire right away and had it fixed before closing. They were truly lifesavers! Everyone there was friendly, polite and helpful. I'm so grateful for their quick service and kindness during a stressful moment. I highly recommend AYT Auto for their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond.
