Comment : They sent a video of the issues my car was having and made recommendations on the urgency of repair. Price was listed prior to approving repair. Paid what was estimated. Great communication from techs regarding how long repair was taking and/or when they could get to my car. Prices reasonable and no surprise costs.

Comment : Dealership arranged for Lyft to take me home, then bring me back to dealership when vehicle was ready. The arrangements to pick me up at home were a little confusing as the communication was by text; I think a phone call would have worked better. Communication about service findings was good, but also by text.
This was a combined recall and routine service visit. The two were completed efficiently.
Overall, based on this visit, I would recommend this dealer.

Comment : Collin listened to our concerns when we brought our truck in for service. He pulled up the two warranties for our truck engine for service. Collin did everything possible before he was out for a week of our truck time at TWF. With Collin out as a service advisor for the week, communication on service questions or calls were not returned.
We came to TWF with high referral from our son with service given to him on his 2016 Ford F150. We purchased our 2019 Ford F150, with two warranties. We drive an hour and half one way for truck service. Last few years, some things with our truck have not worked properly. Our concerns were voiced and which we thought were addressed and correctly fixed. Unfortunately, over losing oil led to a new LONGER dip stick for oil reading (not covered under warranty). We understand protocol. Mechanic Service wanted us to keep track of the oil. Which my husband did. This last time it was brought in with 97,690 miles, still losing oil.
My husband is not new to Ford trucks, he has owned several over the years, maintenance them, drove them, and KEPT them for years. He owned his 1978 F250 for 30 years, the truck was hit and totaled.
We were without our 2019 F150 truck for close to two months, due to shortage of qualified mechanic staff to break engine down (they would be pulled from our truck to another job), and the extended warranty hoops were long as well, they did pay. Thanks to Collins' effort to get approval for the extended warranty coverage and additional help from his service manager Michael. The engine was replaced and running. It's not always about buying a new truck, it's about making it last. Ford always advertises Ford Built Tough.

Comment : The service consultant Colin kleckner was excellent. He was courteous, professional kept me well informed about everything that was going on with my car. I appreciate that type of service because I've had bad experiences in the past. He put my trust back and Ford.
