Comment : I previously wrote a review for TJs back in November 2025 that was not positive. I took my car back today and it was a completely different experience. There warranty was honored from back in November. They did several repairs at no charge. I felt like they and I communicated better and as a woman I felt like I was understood and not taken advantage of. This made all the difference in my experience with them. They do quality work at a competitive price with 3yr warranty on their work. This is great to have. I would definitely recommend them.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.
