Comment : I want to thank Tim,Katrina,Colton and the rest of their great tecnicians for giving me the best customer satisfaction experience I ever had!
This was my first time visit and it won't be my last!!..
The moment I entered the business office, I was greeted by Tim ( Owner ) ..Then Katrina sat down with me and carefully explained their services available and my options moving forward..
The waiting room was extremely clean and inviting with complimentary coffee..
I am a Search N Rescue volunteer for Clatsop County and highly depend on my personal rig to "giddy up" when on call 24/7....
Knowing that the crew at TJ's Auto taking good care of my rig is all I need for my day to run smoothly...

Comment : These KIND professionals took an emergency repair for a dear friend of mine that was passing through Clatsop county. They didn't have to help and they came in early to check her Jeep and get her back on the road. Amazing service and a refreshing act of kindness. You won't regret giving these folks your business.

Comment : Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Tim and all the gang at TJ's for their efforts last week! I was with the family on a week long visit to the beach and had an emergency need for a brake repair. They were great and so helpful, going as far as moving another project back a day and squeezing us in to get our vehicle back up and running! Thank you so much and I would recommend this shop to everyone!!

Comment : We were in town from Utah visiting family and ended having transmission issues. TJ's were able to get us in quickly and fix the problem within a few days. We made it home without any hiccups. I can't thank them enough! So friendly and helpful!!!
