Comment : 3 gentlemen to help me to identify AND resolve low air tire warning...cracked rim AND also found sidewall bulge needing remedy for safe 1100 mile return home trip. Good to go in 2 days (to order and receive needed specific replacement rim and tire fro my vehicle). Amazing! Thank you Jairo, Anthony, and Arlo...appreciate you.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I scheduled an appointment to have a single tire patched. When I arrived, I was told it would take about an hour. That was acceptable.

Exactly one hour later, instead of my repair being completed, I received a full tire inspection report and was called to the counter to be pitched four new tires. This was surprising and frustrating, especially considering the vehicle had passed inspection the week prior with no tire concerns. It felt less like service and more like a deliberate upsell tactic.

After I declined the new tires and reiterated that I only wanted the patch, I then waited an additional 45 minutes for the actual repair to be completed.

To make matters worse, when I got back into my van, the repaired tire was sitting at 24 PSI ? well below a safe and acceptable driving level. After spending nearly two hours there for a simple patch, they didn?t even ensure the tire was properly inflated.

This experience felt inefficient, sales-driven, and careless. I understand businesses need to offer services, but delaying a scheduled repair to push an upsell ? and then failing to complete basic post-repair checks ? is unacceptable.

I would not return based on this experience.
