Comment : I came in to repair/replace one tire due to a screw. The tire was not ripped when I arrived—I had been driving with it by adding air.

After waiting, I was told the tire was “ripped badly” and that all four tires needed replacement. When I asked to see it, the tire was suddenly cut all the way through, which I know for a fact was not its condition before.

When I questioned this and started recording, the employee admitted he damaged the tire while removing it. Accidents happen—but honesty and accountability matter.

Despite earlier insisting all tires must be replaced, the manager then said they would only replace the one they damaged, completely contradicting their own claim.

This experience felt misleading and untrustworthy. Be cautious and ask questions. 01/02/2026

Comment : Brought my vehicle here on short notice with a bad tire and Anthony was able to assist and get my vehicle in and out with no problems. They did good and timely work and I appreciated the communication while the work was getting done.
